Review 1：Curtains didnt quite cover front ranch slider so never any complete privacy when dressing

Review 2：Helpful owners and staff. Very friendly. Beaut pool, wandering weka, lovely grounds. Kids always occupied

Review 3：I expected hot water in the unit. I knew the shower/ toilets were not in unit but the nearest communal block was closed so had to use facilities further away.

Review 5：A cabin for four adults that could only fit 2 adults and 2 small children. 2nd bedroom not suitable for double bed, feet against wall! And expensive in comparison to other places stayed which were much nicer.

Review 7：No real gripes, just suggest you bring some insect repellent mainly for the nights if your outdoors. Not a major, standard stuff really if your doing the camping thing.

Review 8：We had a cabin, it was perfect for our little family. All the facilities were there, plenty of area for the kids to run around. People were nice and place was clean and tidy. Options to match your budget, from people just pitching tents to decent cabins that had all the comforts of home.

Review 9：I didn't like how the pillow smelt of old men or that it was not washed. the room had no heater so was very cold even though it was near summer time. There were no utensils in the kitchen - such as bowls. The reception staff were not very friendly, they seemed as if they were judging the way we looked and talked. Finally the cabin we stayed in was too small for three people to stay in.

Review 11：Booked the 5 bed. Website stated one double bed 3 single. Chose thisover the others that said 1 double 4 bunk beds. As were 2 couplesharing. When arrived the had messed the booking up and we were thengiven a 6 man with 4 bunkbeds and told that booking.com were the oneswho were misleading. We were treated like idiot tourists and noapoligies offered just some waffle about the website being wrong. Wewould never recommend this place to anybody. Feel let down by theowners and the booking website as all the blame was put to booking.comby the owners.

Furthermore after about ten days we received an email, enquiring about our method of payment. Because they hadn't their administration in order we had to reasure our method of payment. This was by far one of the worst stay's in New Zealand.

Review 45：Being told we would have to pay for bedding, when it was an expensive room compared with other places we have stayed. Myself and my travel companion didn't see anywhere on the booking form that we would have to provide our own bedding.The kettle made the water for hot drinks taste revolting. The room was not big enough to swing a cat round without it hitting all of the walls. The man who took our booking payment was not very knowledgeable and had to ask management about upgrading. Management was very condescending. She tried to justify the poor facilities by likening it to us staying in London compared to Newcastle.

Review 49：This place did not fit the description or the images presented online. Our cabin was tiny, shared bathroom, no hot water in the cabin or batch and we paid for a very poor Internet connection that was advertised as being free. We had no car and there was no transport from the ferry so we called the park and a "taxi" was organised for us for $20 for a four kilometre trip. Instructions for use of facilities such as the barbecue were non existant which was embarrassing as we were not aware we had to pay for the gas. Very disappointing and the first time booking .com has let us down.
