Review 1：We've booked hotel und got a motel room. Since it was the last in the row, we had to walk approximately 200 m to reception and back, in January, on snow and ice, carrying a baby. The outside door to our room was barely to close. Drain was a bit clogged in shower. There is no water-boiling facility in the room, we got ill and had to pick hot water and buy tee bags at the front desk (200 m in snow, 2 Euro for a tea bag). Ordering soup to the room cost 15 Euro! The total price we paid for 1 night (about 70 Euro) definitely did not correspond the comfort we got.

Review 2：Rooms on ground floor go directly outside, so if it's cold outside you have to take this into account when going to the restaurant or reception... but probably good option for smokers

Review 4：No lift; slightly uninspired but functional modern furniture. Not much information for tourists, either printed information or from reception staff. Finding entrance (behind a gas station) took a bit of finding.

Review 5：New hotel at entrance to Weilicka, just off the autoroute. Feels like an American motel, beautifully maintained. Breakfast is an extra cost but generous, with a lot of variety at the buffet. Spotless cleanliness and strong WiFi signal. Lots of free parking; lights from parking lots are bright when they shine in the room.

Review 6：address of the hotel does not match the real location, navigation sends you in the wrong place.The only way to the hotel is through the petrol station by the road and there is no single sign on the road to lead you there. NO AIR CONDITIONING in the room

Review 9：We planed a night stop in Wieliczika after a fast pace day including salt mines visit trying to avoid to enter in Cracow as we continue our trip visiting other destinations. The hotel met exactly our expectations, nice location, good accomodation in spite of motel look and feel. Restaurant exceeded our expectations: good food at a good price. We needed a good priced hotel with good food, well located in order to continue our trip next day and the hotel fulfilled our expectations.

Review 12：this is not a tourist hotel; purpose built function hotel - out of town, need a car, directions on google inaccurate (is accessed through exit for BP garage along dual carriageway), open/outdoor passageways to rooms used by others for smoking and drinking gatherings well after midnight - very noisy as no aircon to allow us to leave window shut; no room safe. would stay again but not for 3 nights to visit area of Krakow/Wielickzka

Review 14：Access to rooms is outside, so if raining or snowing or bad weather you get affected. Very thin walls so you can hear everything the neighbours are saying/doing/playing. Throughout the main hotel part (not rooms) it is in the Jack Daniels style which seems to mean red and blue LED lighting everywhere which is just weird. Was hard to find as GPS systems may take you round the back from where there is now no access.

Review 16：A few things during the breakfast: nobody tell us that if you want to scrambled eggs you need to tell a waiter to prepare this. Boiled sausages ... sad story... there weren't any left. Tea lipton it's no a good choice to start a day. There are a lot good quality tea at the market.

Review 17：We rent #018 for 2 per. with double bed, everything was on high level. Comfortable and well-thought-out room, good wifi and spacious parking place. The dishes are great, especially desserts) in the evening and breakfast was well too.

I have been to numerous hotels in Poland, and none of them were this nice unless you wanted to pay a lot more. And on top of that the ladies in reception that are friendly and get out of their way to help you, like making sure the breakfast is waiting for you, going above what they have to in order to help you out with things not related to the hotel. - Big thanks! In my opinion this is not a 3 star hotel, it's a 4-5 star hotel.
