Review 1：Low flow toilet. Bathroom not clean and has mold. Bed too hard.

Review 11：The first room given tons had a connecting door and we could hear all the noise in the next room. After we complained, we were transferred to a better room with better beds. I just wish they have two pillows instead of one. Breakfast was basic but okay.

Review 14：Had to remind front desk on our 2 day after returning from a trip to have our rooms cleaned. Even after leaving the clean room sign out at 7am and on return at 4pm room was not cleaned. Also had to request new towels and toiletries that housekeeping missed out. I guess it was a bad day for houskeepimg staff. After complaining to the front desk we never had that problem again and everything was fine. You will need a tricycle to get around to the city or shopping malls but its mega cheap only 15 peso per head.

Review 15：It was a delight to stay at this medium sized hotel that offered a superb service throughout our stay. The staff were very accomadating especially the front desk staff and special thanks to Jesslyn who was outstanding. She managed to book us on the underground river trip at short notice. Breakfast was also very good with self service buffet style mainly Filipino dishes. You can also have toast and cereals as well with fresh fruits. Rooms very comfortable with strong wi fi signal. There is a pool where you can take a dip after spending a one long day touring. You can also buy last minute presents and souvenirs at the gift shop located at the ground floor front entrance to the hotel. I recommend you use the hotel to book all your tours and they will sort everything for you and advice you accordingly. I like the free airport transfer that they offer but make sure you contact them by email and remind them of your flight details a day or two before you arrive. This is a place I will definetely stay again should I return in the near future.

Review 16：After confirming that we will avail of their free airport-to-hotel shuttle, no one picked us up. We have to fend for ourselves by hiring a tricycle that will take us to the hotel. No apology nor explanation was given to us regarding this matter.
