Review 1：The crib for my 6 yo boy didn't have the mattress, but we managed it ourself without asking to the reception otherwise I'm sure they would have provided to. There was no changing table in the hotel, but the receptionist allowed us to use a private room to change our baby

I would imagine that there should be 2 people working at reception as the area look busy and itnmut be very difficult for one person to do few things and ensure that all guests are satisfied.

Review 32：Honestly, the bed sheets were dirty and with some hair. That was completely unexpected: we stayed at another b&b in europe and everything was clean. Also one towel was used (still humid) and not replaced. I hope that someone will check after the cleaning lady of the 4 floor.

Very helpful staff and awesome underground parking which was very good as we were on a motorcycle. So all safe and secure with no worries about damage or theft to the bike.

Review 100：The hotel is situated 10 minutes walk from the main square in Wroclaw and 5 minutes walk from the large shopping complex. The hotel is newly bulit, modern and well equipped . The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds, flat screen TV and good size bathroom with walk in shower and shaver/hairdryer electric plug in points. Also i was very surprised to find out they also accommodate for family pets . Hotel staff are friendly and speak excellent English. Would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Wroclaw
