Review 1：Wi Fi was only at the reception, personnel was not qualified, the quality of meals at the restaurant was very poor and the restaurant closed earlier than it was mentioned.

Review 4：No air conditioning. ...rooms very hot. Elevator began on 2ND floor. We had heavy luggage to carry up several flights of stairs before accessing the lift.

Review 7：1. They didn't find my reservation at all. 2. They provided other type ofroom. 3. Staff on reseption are working too slowly. 4. Hot water in tap was black at least 30 minutes. 4. From a shower cabin water went on the floor and made there a huge puddle. 5. Wharer from handshower went anywhere but not down. 6. Now one electrick socket worked.
