Review 1：Bathroom wasn't smelling good due to water conduit. Breakfast and dinner were good but poor in quantities.

Review 3：We paid 2900THB/ night for a presumably DELUXE Bungalow in a "luxury" (they call themselves that) resort: - Dirty Linens, - Damaged Bed, - Broken toilet seat - not working night lamp - view of pipes and toilet cleaning tools instead of garden view - terrible breakfast (wouldn't expect this for the price we paid) - attitude from staff/ lack of motivation (its like walking on egg shells as everyone has a bad attitude/ lack of training in service) - Barbecue options ran out only 15 minutes after starting it... - etc..... The list could go on. Trying to speak with management (young boy, who has no idea of what service means) lead to not even an apology, only one excuse after another. When I pay this price, then I expect service and not attitude or broken items. Terrible place!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't waste your money or time there!!!

Review 5：Firstly. The breakfast is the worst hotel breakfast we have ever had! Hot dogs, small fruit plate, pathetic juice pulp instead of fresh juice, slices of dried ham and American cheese squares for the omelette. The resort had lots of guests being loud at night so it wasn't quiet at night. There was not enough sun beds and all guests reserved their seats with their towels before breakfast so we had the grass to sit on.

Review 6：The beach and snorkelling was really nice. Saw a small shark, stingray, octopus and squid by the coral. Beautiful. Staff members Rong and Max were very friendly and gave us some great advice. They were helpful and went above and beyond.

Review 7：A bit too touristic. People put their towels on the sunbed early to grab them before others, even if they didn't use them they we're occupied all day til sundown. More sunbeds needed! A cooler would have been nice in the bungalow. Few alternatives on the menu and sometimes the food came direct, other times not at all. A pretty expensive place.

Review 9：the stuff is Cambodian, sympathic but not really well trained. The road to the resort is not paved in the last strip. We arrived all in dust. It is not situated correctly. It is located 150m north of " The Beach"

Review 10：there is no real beach, but there is a comfortable, nice sundeck. The price is a bargain for Ko Kut, which is in general quite extensive... The Walter is very very clean and nice.

Review 11：The service in the restaurant was very poor. They forgot orders and nomally you have to wait a long time for your meal. Recommend to pay cash at orders, otherwise they mix up the bills.

Review 12：Fantastic view over the bay and sunset. The sandbottom of the beach was perfect and good snorkling just beside. Free kayaks was great. The bungalows was nice.

Review 13：A lot of noises outside at night, a lot of lizards.. Also very difficult to go and to come back from the city (even with a motorbike). We recomend everybody to rent a motorbike and to explore the island-it is so beautiful!

Review 15：I didn't like the staff, except one or two that were nice and available. I didn't find the bungalows comfortable enough for the price we paid, lots of holes so bugs and geckos got inside... Don't mind to see them outside but inside the room definitely not. Your bungalow was far away for the lobby and there aren't lights to illuminate all the way through there. We had to use our phones or a flashlight.

Review 31：The whole place is a small paradise. People are nice and frendly, the bungalows are very comfortable, their style (interior and exterior) is classy without looking out of context, all is very clean, the food at the restaurant is great, the surroundings are beautiful and a bit far from most resorts that packs close to the piers, and the fees are very, very reasonnable. What's not to love? We had an excellent time there.

Review 32：Evreything in this hotel look new but everthing is broken: aircond in the bedroom, sun umbrellas, the wood floor next to the beach is very dangereous... Miss to fell into the floor many times. And at the same time it's still under construction, building new bungalows, so very noisy! Road is difficult to access, no lights, raw floor, if you expect to go out for evening time this is not easy thing, anyway Koh Kood is not a "Party island", but excellent to relax. Bar close to the beach was not open, not yet? Or because of low season? Restaurant close at 8h30, reasonable choice for food but not for drinks and nothing else to do after! No TV in the bed rooms, no lights outside...

Review 34：I had a very very bad experience with the guy who seems like the manager at the bar. He is so racist. Once, he was laughing, joking, taking superb good care of all of the Westerner in the bar and in 3 seconds turning to me with incredibly extremely grumpy face, asking me "what do you want?". During my 3 days here, he was always like that even though I tried giving him some tips or joking with him to see if he had any problem with me. Then I noticed he did it to all of the Asian customers in the resort. He finally smiled with me when I hopped into the car to get out of the resort in my last day! The first day I came, my room had a broken sink with the water dropped directly to the floor and broken air-con. They changed my room and this second room got no hot water and leaking water pipe. They sent some staffs to fix it. We got hot water later but the leaking pipes stayed the same. I was so tired of asking for help so I just left it like that. It is a resort and they didn't change my dirty bed sheet and blanket cover in 3 days. The road to this resort is pretty rough if you are not a good rider.

Review 35：The girl Ai (or Eye) was very helpful whenever I came to her. The bungalow's interior design was pretty nice.

Review 37：We booked and paid for two nights and left after one. The staff are soso rude, the bar and restaurant close at 8.30 and there is no where inwalking distance, so that means bed time at 8.30. we arent party animalsbut seriously!? We booked a luxury room and it was nothing atall likedescribed, certainly no fridge, tv or any other luxury. Bed sheets werefilthy, we sleot on top of sheets in full clothes. All in all, it wasbloody awful.

Review 50：The room is not clean. Lizard and other unnamed animals running around the rooms. You have to prevent be "attacking" by them. The shower accessories provided is full of dust and it will not be refresh during the stay. Unbelivalble thing is the air condition only available from 6pm to 7am, the resort will not care about whether it's hot or cold. The most makes me uncomfortable is the manager(a lady seems like) keep promote me to upgrade the room and keep asking me to buy the boat ticked from her. If you don't rent a scooter, it means you have to suffer their bad food and unfriendly service people. Long way to go to the main road if it's by walk. The environment of the "resort" is dirty. The price on there advertisement at the gate is much cheaper than what I booked from the booking.com. For me, I'm cheated. I will not go this "resort" again, ever.

Review 54：The rooms look nothing like the pictures. It is not a resort, it's a seaside camping site. Maybe if they introduced it as such it would have been acceptable. The "rooms" are crawling with insects and lizards. The shower is outdoors with no hot water and not even a roof. They stop the AC at 7AM no matter how hot it is. The "breakfast" is sliced bread (toasted in the slowest toaster on earth- 7 mins per toast!) some jelly and instant coffee. I've seen some seaside bungalows in Thailand on various islands and the least you can do is install some proper doors and windows! The staff at the so called reception was rude and unpleasant. If you cannot ride a scooter don't even think of getting out of the "resort" since a taxi will cost you more than a boat ticket back to the mainland.

Review 56：Staffs are ok, we went to the resort next door (the beach I think) for dinner and the food and service is much better. Not much to complain as we get what we've paid for. Room is okay, comfortable enungh, breakfast is not very good. We are here for the beach and crystal clear water. We peobably try to stay elsewhere next time and pay a little bit more

Review 74：It's all bit run down. There was no hot water in the room, had to wait a day to have it fixed, some of the Lights in the room did not work. There is nowhere to sit in the very small room except the bed. Had to drag a chair from the beach to the room. No toilet paper in the restaurant's toilet. Waiting staff are rather surly.

Review 111：The garden could be kept more with care. We didn't expect this resort to be that big. After cruising around on the island we understood that most places are this size or even bigger.

Review 117：Impossible to take a shower: water was either very cold or very hot. Bungalos are very basic and "close to nature". If you are afraid of lizzards and other things in your room - don't go. Cleaning staff was otfen "hanging around" instead of doing something whole it was obvious that the hotel could need some fixing and cleaning. Looked like there was no head manager in charge and everyone was doing what they wanted.

Review 118：Helpful staff will answer all your questions, give recommendations etc, two more hotels nearby make it possible to get some variation when it comes to dining. Comfy sunbeds, many of them also, there was no need to put your towels on them 6am to get them. Ko Kood is a great island with the best beaches I've ever seen, but I would not stay at Ko Kood resort again.

Review 127：Not satisfied with the staff. They were very friendly, but did not seem to understand how to behave around the guests and how to do wait the tables. You often get something else than what you originally ordered. There were a LOT of people working there, but not much got done. Example: litter around the bungalows and resort. The food was OK, but not as good as compared to other places. Free snorkeling gear was of poor quality.

Review 128：Nice location close to the beach. Possible to enjoy lunch and dinner at two other resort located at the same beach. Possible to use kayaks for free. Possible to rent motorbikes.

Review 131：The beaches were a little to be desired. The difficulty to get to and from the hotel (no one meets you at the beach) after the ferry to arrange, what I would consider, one of the most difficult transfers to a hotel. Water taxi costs etc...

Review 134：Great friendly staff, awesome snorkelling (they have their own small coral reef in the bay). Nice and calm area with only 3 resorts sharing a long beach. Free kayak rent. The bungalows are really big and have beautiful anti-mosquito nets around the beds
