Review 1：Sadly this is the worst hotel i have stayed at for a long time. The rooms are very sterile and poorly designed.No hot water in bathroom basin. The shower leaks water over the floor. The shower head moves all the time. The power for the room cut in and out many times during our 4 day stay.We went on an all day tour so we woke early for breakfast unfortunately they had no milk so no breakfast. The breakfast choice was very very poor. On our return at 18.30 after a long day we found our room had not been cleaned.So we had to request it. The pool was heavily chlorinated so you could not put your head under water.The room is sound proof apparently. We could hear everything in the next room and outside it was very noisy. There are light switches on the bedhead in the middle so during the night your pillow turns the lights on and off I was told on arrival i had been given a room upgrade so i could not imagine what a standard room was like. Generally the staff were inattentive and not really interested in the the customer apart from a cleaner who was mopping the floor in the lobby area he was helpfull somewhat. Overall very expensive and a bad experience. I would never stay again.

Review 9：When we where here the place was pact with chinese people. The swimming pool was full with noisy children. We had a room very close to the pool and the rooms aren't so good isolated, so you could hear a lot of noise. Breakfast is very basic and 45 minutes before they closed almost everything was already finished. The girls at the frontdesk are very nice but the rest of the staff is so so. Specially for asian standards. There was no fan so we had to use the aircon, it was very old and loud. From the reviews you think that this hotel is fantastic. The pictures look very nice to. The hotel design is impressive but you need more than a design to get a good hotel.

Review 10：The street next to the hotel has a lot of nice restaurants and a really fun karaoke place. The rooms are clean but with moisty.

Review 11：The rooms are pretty dark with no balcony or just a small one but facing the fens. We added one more night to our original one night booking but had to move rooms after one night which was a bit enjoying for a only 2 night stay.

Review 12：Perfect location if you like us just stayed for 2 nights between our el nido and Boracay vacation. The hotel is close to the airport (2 min drive with a free shuttle from the hotel). Good breakfast and nice pool (it first looked a bit dirty but I think it is from the bambu so blows in the pool). They also had a good gym which was nice to use! There is a few restaurants and a bar as well as a massage place near by so all we needed. We had a good experience that I can recommend!

Review 15：In the Hotel they offered us a lot of activitieds. We booked an underground river tour, a motorbike and a trip to El nido. But we were extremly disappointed as we found out that they charged us more than 200-300 pesos than other agencys.

Wifi access kept getting disconnected from all sections of the room. Management could probably invest in technology to make sure wifi is strong in all areas of the hotel room. Overall, doesn't disregard the fact that the room assigned was great and easy access to the pool.

Review 26：My husband and I travel a lot and we've stayed in so many hotels. This is the first instance we've been denied borrowing an iron. They just wanted us to let them do it so they could charge us money. We really didnt like that. It wasnt even about the money but the principle that it's very common in hotels to let you borrow the iron if you want to do it yourself. Just as they provide clothesline if you want to wash your own clothes. Also, we stayed in one of the executive suites by the pool and the drainage is awful. The toilet smells so bad as soon as the water starts flowing from the faucet/shower. My mom and brother stayed in separate standard rooms across from us and their toilets dont smell. It must have been just the piping parallel to our room.

Review 41：The smoking was a big problem and will prevent us from renting there again if it is not corrected. The "smoking area" is located just outside the lobby, which means we walked through a cloud every time we entered the resort. Also, our non-smoking room faced this area and the smell entered our room through the bathroom vent, which couldn't be closed. Residents also smoked everywhere inside the resort, so there was not a place we could relax and be smoke-free. The wifi did not work in the room and was only effective in the lobby. The trash can in the room was small, and only found in the bathroom. The patio door was stuck and could not be fixed.

Review 47：Unreliable and slow Internet connection (which is, however, typical for Palawan) - and poor breakfast arrangements: very limited choice, and even than choice being partially exhausted 45 mins before the breakfast finishes... the sight of an empty water bowl with ice cubes, and oily remnants of what-once-used-to-be-butter... on a backdrop with the trolley fully stacked with dirty cutlery is a pathetic experience. The rooms are quite noisy.

Review 55：I had a wonderful stay at One Manalo. It is in my view one of the best local options in terms of price versus quality. I stayed in S-3, a superior room on the ground floor with doors opening to the swimming pool. The room was very spacious, clean and had very quiet and efficient A/C. The breakfast was pretty good, normally as buffet and other days as choice between local and international. Lunch and dinner was pretty good as well but a bit (as expected) pricier than the local restaurant. But the added extras were the seats by the pool, not travelling and some decent wines to choose from. Another positive attitude of the place is shown by the fact that the toiletries are mostly organic. The hot and cold shower is very good too; the water is very clean and relatively strong. The bed is so comfortable and the pool area is nice as well. The Wi-fi connection is a bit slow especially in the room but it may be due to the weather. The staff is accommodating and always has a genuine smile for every guest and went the extra mile to make the stay more comfortable, a bucket of ice, help with tricycles, directions to restaurants, drop of at drugstore for some emergency purchase of sports tape after a twisted ankle and a few other things that I have forgotten about already. The girls in the reception area are efficient and the house-keeping staff is quick to respond to cleaning requests. I liked the welcome drinks and cleaning towel. The hotel is well located, very close to the airport and yet still very quiet. The centre of Puerta Princesa is around 10 minutes away by tricycle and there are also a few restaurants within walking distance.
