Redenka Chalets sells fast on our site. Redenka Chalets is situated 1.5 miles from the Bansko ski resort, in a vacation village with stunning views of the Pirin Mountain. It offers free internet access and free parking.
Redenka's unique alpine style ski chalets, each with 2 or 3 bedrooms, include cooking and self-catering facilities as well as household appliances and parking lots in front of each house.
The Redenka's lodges are furnished in Alpine style with modern and comfortable interiors and a fireplace. In every chalet, there is a living room, 2 bedrooms, a ski wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area with a table and a bathroom with toilet, shower and hairdryer.
The on-site restaurant Еthno Tavern serves traditional Bulgarian cuisine.
Bansko is Bulgaria's number one winter sports resort, and its 17 slopes provide skiing from December until May. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, biking, fishing or simply relaxing amidst the magnificent mountain landscape. A golf course can also be found there.
The sauna can be used at an extra fee and has to be requested in advance.

Review 1：We were badly surpriced when we realised that the kitchen electric facilities were not working and the reception staff explained us that we have to pay additional fee for their usage. Since almost all of our trips are organised through Booking.com, this was our first experience that the hotel conditions are different from the ones stated on Booking. They charged us additional 5 € per day for kitchen facilities. Also three of the beds were not prepared for us, so we had to ask staff to bring us sheets, pilows ets.
Review 2：For the three days we were there the villa was not cleaned even once and no change of towels and sheets. The villas need a serious makeover, they are OLD. And most important the first day was very cold, the heating had not been put on before our arrival.

Review 4：Lot's of issues mainly with the cleanliness of the room and the communication skills of the staff. We stayed 4 nights and for that period everyday cleaning service was very basic (just collecting our rubbish). They didn't make the beds,didn't change sheets or towels and we had to complain in the beginning as they were leaving our used glasses unwashed. Major issue (I think is fair to say that has to do with the country rather than the hotel) was the fact that the staff (even people working in reception) had almost no knowledge of English making it extremely difficult to communicate while in many cases we felt that because of that they were getting a bit aggressive and rude. I don't even want to mention anything about breakfast - very disapointing.
Review 5：We rented a chalet, during Christmas holidays, which was quite spacious and had private parking space just in the front. Food in the restaurant was average quality but extremely cheap, so it was an alternative when we were bored to drive to Bansko or Razlog.

Review 9：spa centre - fre of charge. The restaurant, you eat well at 12-15 euros/person. The temperature inside the chalet was realy comfortable
Review 10：This complex was/is still our favorite accommodation around Razlog/Bansko area, but the last time we stayed, the swimming pool was occupied for 6 hours a day from external water aerobics groups. The bad thing was that it was never announced! Make sure to ask before booking a room there.

Review 13：1. At the reseption they said breakfast starts at 7a.m. but ectually it starts at 8a.m. 2. Nobody said souna, swimming pool is for free for the chalet's guests and we paid for the first time and nobody retern our money. 3. Electric cooker not for free in the chalet's kitchen!!! Seems rathe stuped, every time you need cook something you ought to go to reseption

Review 15：Most of the personnel do not speak English or any other foreign language, the heat in the chalet was not so good(maybe because of poor isolating near the doors and windows), which is important especially for a young baby. We also found not so nice the fact that we were supposed to pay extra for usage of the fireplace, sauna or the oven from the kitchen.
Review 16：The spa was great, we liked the privacy comparring to a hotel room, the space and rooms distribution of the chalet, the parking space right in front of the door, nice fireplace and good location near the main road.

Very cold room (you have to wear you jakcet), reallycold water that after our complaints became warm (not hot). You haveto pay about everything! To wash you the dishes 30e, to bring youtimber for fire, to use the sauna. They never came to clean the roomand we had to bother them enough times to bring us new towels. Muchbetter chalets in the area!
