Review 1：My single room was totaly smoky. All was smoky: a bed. walls, a table, a carpet. I ventilated and let the windows be open 2 days - during all recidence. I think, I should change the room or the hotel.

Review 8：They try to cheat on reservations; you have to pay half of the price bybank transfer (not through booking, and so booking doesn't know thatyou are paying the structure), and the other half only by cash when youarrive. They don't give you any receipt (I blame myself not to haverepeatedly asked for one, but we were such a big group and it was such amess so I didn't thought about it) and when you finish your stay,the send to booking a message saying that you haven't been there.That means that no proof of your stay and payment is existing, and inthat way they don't pay taxes! Additionally, I forgot a perfume inthe hostel and, because of their pretending that we weren't there,they didn't answered me and I had no possibility to have it back.That's a pity because for the price you pay it could have been worthit, but their unfairness is incredible and makes them lose a lot ofpositive points. Beware!

Review 11：Very Helpful staff - I was allowed to check in even though I was incredibly early, and they gave good directions and maps, helped with booking taxi etc. Nice bed, easy to navigate from the location.

Review 12：Limited Parking (was just lucky to find a tiny spot), very near to a really busy road - the 24hr traffic noise is unbearable with the room's windows open (in Summer without Air Condition we had to keep them open). Noisy refrigerator... had to unplug it at night!

Review 14：Although it was a little bit far from the train station (around 25 min by foot) it was so close from the city centre, so it was nice and not necessary the public transport if you went out in the night, just in 10 min walking we got the hostel. The rooms are quite good according the quality/price relation. They were cheap and clean, if you're young and you don't matter about luxury and comfort, and you look for something cheap for resting a couple days this is your place. I would repeat!

Review 15：This is the noisiest hostel we've ever stayed at - we had a room at the end of the corridor, but we're woken upvery often by other people in the hostel. I don't think other people were noisy, but noise carried terribly, and we could hear toilets being flushed etc although our room was 4 rooms away from toilets! There was a lot of traffic noise too, but we're used to that. The room was extremely hot - hotter than outside somehow, so the window had to be open. The lady we met at reception wasn't welcoming at all - she just about turned her head to speak to us and didn't move from her chair. No towels either, with no mention of this before booking. Very uncomfortable bed too. So, overall, bad night's sleep. I'm also annoyed at booking.com for letting hostels take payment from my card. Booking.com clearly states that the card details are given to secure the booking, but this is not always the case. We wanted to pay by cash on arrival, not with the card on file by booking.com.

Review 16：Check-out at 12 is good. 24-hour reception is good too, so we could check-in after a late fkight easily. The location is good for the price - a 15 minute walk to the centre/old town. Good wi-if connection throughout.

Review 17：-Walls were so thin that you could hear even a mumble from the room next door. -The hostel advertised a 'fully equipped kitchen'. When we turne up with our pasta, we were told that it consisted of a tap and a hob. In addition to the lack of cooking facilities, there was also no pots, pans, plates or cutlery. -location wasn't fantastic.

Review 18：-The wifi worked well for me. -decent price for private room.

Review 19：Old furniture, bedclothes are tattered, noisy place, in the toilets there is no soap, bad Internet connection, no towels and no bath accessories. The staff gave the room in the separate building on the 4th floor, and woman had to lift up the heavy luggage manualy. Only after negotiations the room was changed.

Review 20：There was no parking space even though it's written on their page they can give you one. the staff was completely cold and uninterested. Giving any information was just too much for them and they were not in any help. The looks they gave you made you not ask any question. In the morning (7-8 am) the maid UNLOCKED and entered the room without knocking. The rooms are badly isolated, you can hear everything that's happening in the hotel as if there was no door. The floor was dirty.

Review 21：The beds were ok. If you need an urgent place to stay, for a night or two, it's ok. The center is near and the trams are 2 min away.

Review 22：The place is not popular for foreign travellers. If you intend to meet new friends and exchange tourist information, this is not the place. No common area to socialize. Shared kitchen is available, but only a stove can be found. If you need to cook, it's not possible. Pillow is too thin. You may need two or three pillows if you want a better sleep. Staffs don't speak too much English but they tried. Not very informative, and no city map available.

Review 23：It's not far from the old town located at a quiet quarter. About 15 minutes walk to the centre, or you can take a tram for three stops. Tram station is just next to the hostel. It's not a hostel. Dormitory is not available. All they have are private rooms

Review 24：There is no lift. No air conditioning. The reception is in one building and the stay is at some other building. Hard to communicate. Wifi was not good.

Disadvantages - uncozy environment, absolutely no sound isolation, toilets and showers - one per floor, the same toilet/shower both for men and women, showers broken, free toiletries ment free soap ony, small towels, coffee machine broken, no free maps at the reception. We stayed in a hostel for a New Years Eve, and we felt like in a hospital. For more than one night stay you should look for better option...

Review 46：The place is an old workers' hotel, lacking many basics. Theadvertising is deceptive. The rooms are okay for 2 people, but the bedsare uncomfortable, the chairs old and rickety, the bedding has seen muchbetter times and you would be better off bringing your own. Bathroomsare not just shared, they are co-ed as are the showers. Both bathroomsand showers smell of mildew and rot. There is a kitchen annex but theonly equipment you will get the use pout of is an electric teapot if youhave your own cups and spoons. There is an electric cooking stove topbut no pots or pans, not to mention any utensils. Most importantly: makesure to get the receipt that clearly shows how many nights you will bestaying, or they will try to charge you twice. Over all, for the priceof the place, you can definitely do better in Wroclaw, and the city isworth seeing.

Review 50：The walls were so thin that we heard the neighbors having sex, talking,using the tape or else. The windows of the main building are not soundproof, but they are in the other one. With the highway 10m away, thatwas not a calm and easy sleep. Think about taking earplugs to avoidbeing waked up every 10min by a car or a next door argue.

Review 52：Arriving to the hostel you expect a towel and dishes in the kitchen, which wasn't available in this hostel (not even a cup. We had to bring macdonalds cups for coffee in the morning. And more, when i asked is there some dishes i was offered to buy A PLASTIC PLATE). Seems like it's more of a students dormitory than a hostel. So I feel relieved that we spend only one night in this hostel, for more time i would definitely choose another hostel. Also the shower was very annoying, because you have to push a button every 10 seconds for water to flow. I wouldn't recommend this hostel for more than one night, only if it's your last choice.

Review 101：The whole hostel is spreat into 4 building, and just one is supervised by hostel staff what results in misbehaviour of other guests.

It seems to me that the present owners are only interested in making money and not providing a proper service to people There is a serious health hazard present here . The beds are filthy, smell of urine,and have been in use since Poland was a communist state .Only the duvet and pillow covers are ever changed and were damp from the sweat of the previous room occupants. the sheets were too small and do not stay in place and curl up under you when sleeping , leaving you laying on the filthy so called bed. The flooring lino, is old worn warped in places and needs ripping out and replacing . The chairs were covered in multi layers of dirt. the table was damaged , The lock on the door was so poor that I was unable to get out of my room on several occasions it took me 5 minutes to free myself when I reported this to the staff they told me this was nothing to be worried about .This is an old communist workers hostel which has been turned into a so called hostel for all.including tourists. There has been little or no refurbishment since the Berlin Wall fell .During weekdays it is still heavily used by Building site workers who still think that they can do what they want,and that no rules or regulations apply to them.They openly smoke in the rooms, corridors , toilets and showers!!
