Review 1：When we arrived at the airport we realized that we didn't book the free shuttle to the hotel but once we went to the information desk, the lady called the hotel and immediately they sent someone to pick us up which felt really nice of them. However, the lady in the reception did not speak good English which made our communication hard especially when we had to order food and the restaurant was closed for a while. Other than that, the room was decent for one night stay and quite clean.

Review 2：The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, It's 100'' to Red Square (center of city) and 35'' to outskirts of the city, It's not a good idea if you have no-idea about russian language, because, you need to take a bus to go to the city. There are no stores around, the closest store is 10'' by bus (MEGA MALL, you have here ikea, restaurants, and Supermarkets) El hotel está en medio de la nada, 100'' a la Plaza Roja y 35'' hasta el extrarradio de Moscú, No es una buena idea si no sabes ruso, porque es necesario tomar un bus hasta la ciudad. No hay tiendas cercanas, la más cercana está a 10'' en bus (MEGA MALL, resturantes, ikea, supermercados)

Review 5：The free transfer from and to airport and the staff. Room was comfortable for our short stay. Excellent for flight connection. The restaurant in the spot is very good and beautiful.

Review 6：I didn't like the fact that they don't speak English. In booking.com it says that the staff speak English as well but they don't. Next day I couldn't eat breakfast because they had a problem in the kitchen. So I pay to eat breakfast and I didn't got either breakfast either a refund

Review 7：I love the fact that was near the airport and offer free shuttle. The sub chef it was an excellent person that at the same time was the waiter. He didn't spoke English but he was trying his best. This was the best person in the hotel.

Review 8：Lately I regularly stay in this hotel. Small and cozy numbers. Ideal purity. To purity, especially in hotel, I am captious. As well as to work of the service personnel. All four administrators on a reception are careful and precautionary. The car is sent always in time, a breakfast too. Quality of a breakfast and service at restaurant are the best.

Review 9：We had efficient room. Was too small, bed quite small and uncomfortable. Being on the first floor, could not open windows and were dying from the heat and stiffness. Toiletries are small and not a full selection. Prepare to have yours.

Review 10：The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Restaurant on premises was a big plus since not much around if you do not have a car. The transfer from and to airport was great, and only 15 minutes without any traffic. Food at the restaurant for dinner was good. Breakfast is filling, but nothing fancy.

Review 26：Hotel is located far from the airport (8km). They propose a free shuttle to the airport. We spent 10 hours in the plane to arrive and see that they forgot to send someone to pick us up, even though we confirmed the arrival the day before. We were waiting for the driver for one hour after calling the hotel from the information desk at the airport, he arrived, didn't speak a word of english, was quite not polite and drove us back without any apology. Then they informed us on the reception that the shuttle is free only for one way and that we have to pay if we want him to drive us back to the airport the next morning. They also charged us for the name of the hotel the driver wrote on the paper even though we did not ask for that and even though he was late !!! So basically, we waited for him and then we had to pay for the fact that he wrote the name of the hotel on the paper and even more we paid for driving us back to the airport. My colleague's room was OK, but in my room radiator was broken and it was really cold and the carpet was burned and damaged. The toilet was clean and OK. Breakfast was really poor and the atmosphere in the hotel was extremely grey and dull. Staff was not professional at all, they argued between each other and also with the driver in front of guests. There is more of it, but I prefer not to remember, my overall recommendation is to avoid this "hotel" if possible.

Review 27：I did not like the fact that they made us pay extra for everything. For example; we wanted a hotel room which had a window that could open (it was 25 degrees C in the room!!), that was only possible if we took an upgrade to another room. If you want the driver to hold a sign with your name during the pickup for the "free" transfer from the airport, you would also get billed an extra 6 euro's… It's not a pretty attitude…

Cons: few things needed to be fixed, e.g. Toilet seat was broken off, no heat in rooms, they provided large portable heaters. Heat - not their fault, city heated buildings.) Overall - clean, spacious, friendly, inexpensive, but in a location with nothing to do. So, best suited for a night before flight. Tell them you want breakfast (250 rubles per person) ahead of time, they will even take it to your room.

Review 37：The worst hotel I stayed at in the last years. The room is very small, without even a chair. The bathroom was in a very bad shape, with a leak from the upper floor. The acoustic is awful - you hear everything from the close rooms.

Review 39：I chose this hotel because of its location to the airport which was perfect.I arrived after a snow bound trek across Moscow at abt 1 in the morning.The staff were like two little angels.A snack was cooked green tea made.They were lovely.The room was warm and the bed so comfortable.Extra radiators were wheeled in but were not needed. I was only there for 4 hrs sleep but it was a nice place.
