Review 1：>Service in the dining room was poor. Average waiting time for the food to reach the table was 30-45min even when it was not busy. There were a lot of workers, but was noted only standing around the counters and talking? >Height of the sink in the bathrooms are un-comfortable and too high for an average person with height of 5'2" and below.

Review 3：Sometimes the water heater on the shower doesn't work. The bidet in our room is faulty and they were not able to fix it after reporting.

Review 4：The location of the hotel is very convenient. Its near the centre of Puerto Princesa and just a few minutes away from the Airport.

Review 5：Over promise under deliver. This resort should be a 2.5 Star. Claim to have WiFi but did not work even for a second. Checked in with smelly bathroom. We have to call housekeeping to disinfect. After a long day for tours, the room was not cleaned. Housekeeping was called again with exvuse that they have a big work load. Front desk failed to assist on extending our stay to see note tours Aside from breakfast, restaurant has poor quality of food and service. Pool water was murky during our stay. This hotel need to invest in newer towels.

Review 7：Problems with toilet/bathroom plumbing, every time we request for room make-up, after our tours and we come back at the hotel, our room isn't made up. No free shuttle service to the mall or city centre, so we have to hire a tricycle (tuktuk) to get to anywhere. Location is a bit off amidst a local neighborhood, the view along the room door balcony is a ramshackle that burns and smells off smoking dried leaves every now and then.

Review 8：Nice swimming pool is a plus, staff are ok helpful esp. the girls named Guy and April, good breakfast, band singer at night at the lobby, and the Deluxe Poolview Room is good. Free airport shuttle service.

Review 9：On our second day used towels were replaced and room was cleaned in the afternoon already.

Review 38：The pool was almost always warm, and you felt like everyone can see you since it was by the lobby entrance. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. We complained several times. They also booked other people for the large KTV room we booked a day prior. Very limited selection of channels on TV, but that didn't matter so much.

Their inhouse travel and tour packages, and its people are amazing! Breakfast was good with the addition of the amusing pancake station.

Review 41：Getting food poisoning wasn't my first priority as I tucked into my deep fried chicken which I realized was strange and a bit bloody inside. I sent it back and ate the same as my girlfriend (as I had done all day). An hour later it started, 14 times on the toilet and 2 days written off.I wish I asked the chef to eat it also,I have never been so sick in years. I was charged for the food that poisoned me - enter at you peril.

Review 42：The chef did his best to bring pills and potions - perhaps because he knew how bad I was. By the way - Deep frying does not mean things are properly cooked. We have deep fried ice cream at home Sir.

Review 43：The staff were all slow especially from the restaurant .5 staff members would pass an empty table full of empty left plates and no one would clear the table we had to point it out for them to clear it, don't get me wrong it wasn't our table and apart from us there was only 1 other table on waiting so it wasn't a busy time. I think that the hotel needs better management . all the rooms did not have the facilities promised ( no refrigerator,no hairdryer, a very small balcony with no chairs)

Review 56：- worst wifi ever, they should remove it from the list of services offered - cleanliness was not upto the mark for what they charge. Wet and dirty corridoor - staff is very pleasant and polite, but they dont listen much. Had to ask multiple times for cleaning the balcony, but to no avail - be careful while booking tours. The shared van picks Aziza's guest at last and its quite likely you'll end up sitting in the front in the baby seat (we did !!!)

It was a nice stay. the staff was eager to please and pleasant. i brought my 3 big sons and they enjoyed being in such a cool looking place. the pool, lobby, restaurant and the bathrooms were very nicely appointed and done. the place is relatively new so the bathrooms were nice and clean and the damp musty smell, that the humid climate makes, was just about absent. not at all like some other hotels where it is shabby, dingy and moldy. would recommend to others.

Review 97：Although the food selection and quality was very good, the staff needs to be more aware of what is readily available on the menu for the day. The menu needs refinements. For example, Whole Wheat bread on the menu for a specific breakfast set. Only to be told that White Bread is the only standard. Another is being served a muffin, which is rock solid since it was straight out of the chiller or refrigerator. Having the staff offer the guest if its desired to be warmed, is a good practice. The staff were young and clearly still learning the ropes of the trade. They have a very good future ahead of them if they are constantly informed (by management ) of the 'best industry practices' so they can better their craft. And, please improve Wifi. Need to be beside room balcony to get some signal.

Review 98：Front desk was excellent! They were able to manage my requests for dinner bookings and transportation outside the hotel. They went above and beyond. Yes, I will come back to this hotel.

Review 112：Very bad breakfast for 4star hotel! It was only 2 pieces of bread, a little marmalade, and a too small of omelette! We told that to reception and they told us that they change it, but they don't change anything! The excuse was that they must have more than 50 persons to open the buffet! In the room all the time we loose the signal of wi-fi, and globe don't have good signal also there! The pool was very nice to see it but very dirty every day of 5 days that we stay! They have also disco beside of restaurant and it had a lot of noise! We spent lot of money for a hotel that is not worth it!

Some channels are not clear. -- a new cable provider maybe is recommended I've had times with very low internet connection during my stay but I understand that this is not under their control. Review 115：The hotel is very appealing with a huge receiving area and great view of the pool. Staff are courteous and friendly though restaurant staff can be more welcoming. The room is spacious with huge and very comfy bed. The bathroom has toilet, bidet and rain shower. They have nice selection of food on their menu with big servings. A la carte food at the restaurant are better compared to buffet during my stay.
