Kervansaray Termal is on more than 2 acres of land in a traditional building featuring dome roofs. It features 2 swimming pools, where the indoor pool uses thermal spring water.

Review 1：The room very small not even clean the heater very noisy . Th estate was not working , hair dryer not working breakfast not good as a 5 star hotel

Review 3：The hotel breakfast is very poor. It is old hotel, not to be rated 5 star. Even though Hamam is great but they don't use new materials (for tefrik) even though they charge for these services.

Review 6：The hotel is very old and hasn't been looked after well. It need serious and immediate renovation. Firstly, there are no proper air conditioners in the rooms. There is a very old version of AC which gives out warm air even in the cold mode. The rooms were very hot and all the guests in the 5 rooms we booked suffered with no proper AC. A five star hotel should invest in good ACs as a basic thing. Also, the card keys for the rooms do not work properly. One needs to swipe the card at least 5-6 times before the door opens. We all found it extremely annoying and time consuming.I was the one who made the booking for us and our guests thinking it was a 5 star hotel but was extremely disappointed and embarrassed with my choice as it turned out to be very uncomfortable with no AC and the keys not working properly. We all thought our star felt like it was a max 3 star hotel.

Review 7：The food was lovely. The staff were good and the complimentary welcome fruit plate was thoughtful. The hotel has great Turkish bath but as were there for a wedding, and did not use the baths, I am basing my feedback on our stay in the rooms.

Review 8：1- room service 3 days didn't but any soap in bathrooms and sometimes forget to change the to towels. 2- internet so bad and weeks . 3- the locations is not easy to reach . 4- air conditioning is not effective.

Review 22：Very poor service.....actually none. our booking stated we would get a fruit platter on arrival.....hard enough to get a staff member, needless to say....no fruit platter. When queried basically ignored. Stake smoke smell in room....told staff who advised there are no king sized beds in any non smoking rooms....non smoking rooms only have single beds....seriously. went to lunch...we were only ones in the restaurant. The bar area was in darkness, no music, nothing....it was like a ghost town. Then when we ordered our lunch we were told you can only have what the chef wants to put on your sandwich not what was on the menu.....waiter argued with us about this & we had to eat what we were given but charged what was on the menu????

Review 36：1) We went there for the Turkish Mineral Bath. The hotel provides free bath service as well as paid private bath. The lady responsible for the ladies bath did not let my wife in because my wife was wearing swimming suit. She wanted her to have almost nothing on! This is strange in a free country! We had to pay 90 Turkish Liras to rent a private bath. This is expensive. 2) One company operating inside the hotel arranged a nice trip to the mountain. The schedule included a visit to Lukum Factory. One would expect to buy from the factory 30% cheaper. But I discovered I paid almost double!. This part of the trip should be cancelled, else the blame will be on the hotel.

Review 38：Bathroom had a bad smell and no fan. The thermal pool wasn't hot and when we arrived everything was closed (at 8 pm) even thou opening hour is until 10 pm. It was very cold generally also in thermal area and room (wind was entering in the room under balcony door).

There is also a separated swimming pool (and another one in the courtyard that I think they open in summer). The staff is attentive and very well prepared. We really enjoyed our stay there (too short!). Great value for money.

Review 44：Probably last time staying in this place. Dark corridors, smelly health club, dirty carpets.... Uncomfortable beds in small rooms... Tasty breakfast buffet with an extremely poor presentation. Buffet location very uncomfortable. Very unpleasant restaurant layout, uneven floor surface... This hotel needs a serious attention if they want to compete. This is a city where a number of brand new international luxury hotels have opened one after the other recently.

Review 49：This contemporary hotel system is built around a historical/authentic roman/Ottoman Bath. It is amazing to see an ancient Spa from 1300's is still operational with excellent pools and resting areas. Breakfast is outstanding and access to all pools and thermal bath area is well thought of. This hotel is in an historical area which is very close to downtown Bursa.Highly recommended. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Review 65：The hotel needs to develop its Spa associations more and get more out of the place. Parts of the hotel are so neglected they look abandoned and the bars and restaurants need a total overhaul and updating.. It seems such a waste of potential and a failure to maximise their opportunities to be something quite special. Its cheap though,,, so perhaps it suits them to spend nothing and not put the prices up.

Review 66：The old place has charm and potential to be amazing. But it is tired and the management do not seem to recognise its potential. The relationship with the Hamam and hotel management is NOT great and they do not support each other.. but the Hammam is fabulous. The thermal pool is special but in desperate need to updating.
