Review 1：The staff in the bar did not have enough training or capacity to be able to serve beer or get menu cards out in a reasonable time. I waited an hour for a menu. The wifi was unacceptable, it was down completely for one evening and the rest of the time it was at one bar signal or less and dropped out all the time. Shocking! I also sweated in bed at night at the mattress was some kind of heat retaining material and the quilt heavy. For the price I felt I was paying for 4 star but getting 2 or 3 at a push.

Review 2：The room was ok, and the food excellent. The location was ideal as the work office was across the road.

Review 3：Internet was not working at all, so was not able to do any work in the hotel. Should exist a second internet that we could pay and be sure would not fail: when is a business trip there are certain things we cannot postpone and are happy to pay on the side. The coffee machine was not working, stated the first day and one week later is still the same and not working.

Review 9：First night alarm for sewage went off at 7am going for 25 minutes before any action taken told problem sorted Sat night alarm goes off at 2pm called reception after 10 minutes then alarm sorted - spoke with reception said solution was to check every 30 minutes alarm not on - so could go off for 30 minutes before anything done should not take guest to call reception to inform of an alarm - this is totally unacceptable Requested reduction in bill for inconvienence parking charge taken off - not really compensation for around 7 hour lost sleep Supervisor not interested or understanding of situation would not use the hotel chain again by choice

Review 11：Convenient location. Very pleasant terrace at rear over-looking the lake. Excellent sound proofing mean nearby motorway no issue. Business oriented but perfectly adequate for a short private stay.

Review 12：- when arriving my room was dusty - room was so small, when I opened my luggage on the floor (the place for the luggage if for the size of a cabin luggage) I could not walk anywhere or open the closets to place the cloth inside. - did not have a refigerator; - airconditioning was quite weak: would take several hours to cool the room. - the internet had some (several) breakdowns

Review 13：- it was 2km walking distance from my destination, nevertheless does not have any public transportation choice. - nespresso in the room

Review 14：When we arrived, an old couple tried their luck to do an early check in. They couldn't and had to wait 3 hours. The location is not the best if you don't have a car, so, in this case, use common sense, ask what is clean and ready and let them in to rest! I'm not saying for free but for sure a bit more common sense could have been used. Pillows are not that confortable and as we paid for early check in, our room was ready, so we came up. One hour later house keeping knocked door, didn't wait for answer and opened it. We saw receptionist calling to confirm room was ready... But I imagine still not much communication

Review 15：It's a fine hotel, right next to a McDonalds. Internet worked very good, beds were good and also cleaning. Rooms have coffee and tea facilities. Coffee is neap reason for those who like.

Review 18：Located just outside of Den Bosch itself, it is a good place to stary a few nights if you want to do business or explore this region of the Netherlands. Located right next to the freeway it is easy to find. And a McDonalds is right next door :-) The rooms are of a decent size and very clean. Nice modern hotel with lots of facilities. Lots of parking available at the premises. The freeway does give off a lot of noise all night long so this isntt a place for light sleepers. Breakfast ad EUR 16,- per person is a bit expensive.

Review 19：The hotel gave me a room with broken air conditioner, after I realized such problem I went to reception for help. They replied I am not only one complained about it but they can't not help me. Come on, even corridor or reception hall is much cooler than my room. I hope I had never been this hotel.

Review 20：Other than an expanded terrace, the management chance from Mercure to Fletcher has not brought any improvements in service, quality of food or comfort of the rooms. When checking in at 1pm I was informed that my room would only be available at 3pm. However, I could get the room now if I paid a levy of €10 extra. Fletcher must have looked closely at the low-cost airline industry, where this kind of ancillary "tricks" brings extra income. In my case, this was my last stay at a Fletcher hotel.

Review 24：The Room was not so good needs updating. The Hotel is in the process of modernising the rooms so they will be much better. It is very noisy outside with the traffic, the Hotel is beside the A2, but that is not the Hotels fault.

Review 26：Not so much bad but poor housekeeping. Still dirty glasses when I arrived, coffee supply very poor, they forgot coffeecups. Did not have time to complain, if I did I have no doubt this would be resolved straight away.

Review 28：- Room service ends at 10pm as well as any service that is related to the kitchen, at 10h01 pm they will not serve even a sandwich - is far away from everything but macdonalds, even if they say is 15 min walking is if you go in the mud - if you open the window (which I had to do several times because the room was too hot and air conditioning was not working) the smell is of manure.

Review 33：The room was very cold and it took very long to get the room warm There is no heating unit in the bathroom. If you close the bathroom door during the night, it is very cold in the morning. The relation of quality to price is poor. The room is small. The bathroom is a bit outdated. The hallway looks a bit shabby. You even need to pay for parking.

Review 35：If you have your own transport it should be OK, but otherwise you have to pay +EUR20 one way each time you need to go somewhere, eg. to the city centre. During breakfast we had to wait for more than 30min to have some bacon, or scramble egg. Dinner - food was relatively good, but again the service leaves much to be desired - how about being served with the main course before you get your soup!

However, if you are leave the windows open, the noise from the highway may be disturbing, depending on the side your windows are facing. WIFI was good enough, with some drop in speed in the evening.

Complained several times and was told several times that the "Technical Manager" had "improved it" but this was not true so made it even more frustrating. Was offered a different room but first went to check the shower pressure in it. It was the same so did not change rooms.

Review 100：My first room had no wifi connectivity so they put me in a different room with no hassle. The rooms were tired and were in need of a face lift. The desk was covered in watermarks and brought the overall impression of the room down considerably.
