Review 1：Only problem was finding guest rooms which were 200 yards from reception (and a walk in open air). A map with two "x"s and a joining line would solve that one (it was dark when we arrived). Security was very helpful though when he realised the problem of their English-speaking guests and broke off from what he was doing to ferry us in his car to guest rooms and to collect my car which I had prematurely parked near the road. Site still being developed
Review 2：Easy walk to Salt Mine itself (they had even cleared the snow!): guest rooms and attractions are inter-mixed. EXCELLENT meal in Grand Sal restaurant and brilliant service: excellent value for money. Book in for that even if you are just passing and not interested in the Salt Mine! Polish guide on tour used to live in England: maintained a great sense of humour while delivering information about the mine itself, made us very welcome and had relaxing demeanour.
Review 3：There was difficult to find the entrance for a car and no one knew the real address, that was in booking.com, where the hotel is, because the hotel, the SPA and another facilities are in the same area.
Review 4：The wonderful calm place for one night, if you not have a plan to stay longer in the SPA. Only 5 min walk to Wieliczka salt mine, quite rich breakfast.
Review 5：The reception is in another hotel which makes everything quite complicated. We spent 40 minutes trying to find the hotel parking lot.
Review 6：Living in the room facing mine workshop/shaft is very exciting, the location is great because it is very close to the Wieliczka Mines.
Review 7：This place doesn't have its own reception, so it can be harder to get help from the staff. Fortunately all my needs were already taken care of when I checked in (at the Hotel Grand Sal).
Review 8：The guesthouse is run by the same company as the salt mine and the Hotel Grand Sal down the street, but offered at a very affordable rate. Reception is at the Hotel Grand Sal, where they can also book tickets to the salt mine for you so that you can skip the queue. Nice breakfast.
Review 9：It would be nice to have the office open to greet incoming guest. I had to pick up my key at a guard shack which I found difficult to find as there were two guard shacks and one was closed.
