Review 1：No soundproofing in the walls, had loud neighbours & room was directly opposite the elevator so very noisy. Bar & Restaurant not open on New years night, spa not open on the weekends

Review 3：loud guests on the same floor did not allow to sleep becuase of the room poor noise isolation. they claim to have a sauna and spa but they were closed during our stay without any notice on their website. run down area.

Review 5：The only option of a late-night meal is a pizza delivery service :) The location is quite a disaster, and the view not very inspiring.

Review 6：The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet more than adequate. Staff are wonderfully pleasant. Conference rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Review 7：during night, nearly up till 4AM, several drunk guys made a party in on of the room. Receptionist, even heard the noise, do nothing.... because any guest call her to claim.

Review 8：View from room - dubious Check in - took over 20 minutes and had to prepay for the room. The bar/restaurant wanted payment by cash or card when you ordered your drink. (A large beer is about £1.50) but they did not have any change in the till ! They would not let you run a "tab", take a table number, let you leave a card behind the bar or add the bill to your room. Very strange and dubious when it is a large/busy hotel !

Review 10：You are not allowed to book the costs on a total account on your room number, and then pay before you leave. You need to pay every single order separately. No mini bar, too.

Review 12：There has been a small fire in the middle of the night, in the kitchen, and we had to stay 2 hours outside in the cold, with no explanation or any word of comfort from the staff. The cleaning was not done most of the time. Most of the staff cannot talk English and is very incompetent. We were chased out at 10.00 in the morning the day of our departure, on a harsh and un polite way.

Review 13：There were a wedding celebration in the evening and night. And, in turn, it was very noisy. Drunk people have laughed and talked a whole night under windows. It was not possible to close windows because there is no an air conditioner in the room (at least in the standard room). It was not good.

Review 14：The bed in the master bedroom is a bit small and someone needs to sleep on the wall-side. Parking space capacity is a little bit too less, but the happily arranged an adjacent terrain where you can park. Languages like English or German are sometimes a bit tough for the staff. Climate control in the hotel room would really make the hotel perfect.

Review 15：The hotel is renovated very well. It's the first time I've seen triple glass. The windows a very big with a view to the football stadium. There's even a spacy walk-in closet and breakfast is a buffet with enough to choose from.

Review 19：The hotel was clean, quite roomy and very close to the tram system into the city. Staff were pleasant and helpful upon our arrival. During our visit the car park seemed to fill up pretty quickly in the late afternoon. Breakfast was well and truly above average and had everything that a person would want to start the day off.

Review 20：Of the 44 TV channels at this International hotel, not one was in English, The staff was very impersonal and unfriendly. You better have had breakfast by 9:00, otherwise the staff starts cleaning up around you.

Sometimes it disconnected, sometimes didn't work for a while (we asked on the reception if wifi is good on a third floor, they sad that there are no complaints). There was strange smell in the hall (may be carpet cleaning liquid). Bathroom was tiny, no space for legs in the toilet.

Review 25：The evening staff informed that breakfast was included to the price paid (however while booking I remember we didn't order it and that's why were surprised), but staff told not to worry. Then in the morning we went for breakfast. When doing check out they requested additional 50 zl, what was quite expensive for that hotel. The bad was big, but separated in the middle, was not so comfortable... and there were 2 small covers in spite of 1 big.

Hotel is situated very close to a bus and tram stop and not really far away from shopping centers. U can always ask at reception for tickets and instructions. Its very clean and comfy, towels can be change even every day.

Review 39：The reception is not too mindful. Upon arriving they didn't mention that we have already paid half of the price for the room. Consiquently they drew the invoice for the whole amount. Only two elevators in the hotel, that's why we had to wait in the line to go down.
