Review 1：the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and as we arrived we got welcomed by a cold drink. the bathroom is an excellent condition as like everything in this hotel. the restaurant of the hotel served really delicious food for less prices.the hotel is really near to the airport and they have a shuttle service for free.

Review 2：Nowhere to sit / lay out at the pool. Room was quite cramped and bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Review 4：Wifi only works near the reception. It takes like forever to get any food there and it wasnt any good. They offer vans to el nido for 700 php but they cost 500 if u walk up to the main road and buy them. I had to pay for a night that we didnt stay there cuz we got delayed in kalibo, i did wrote them but they told me that they heard nothing from me, some days later i got an e-mail from booking.com were they appologied for a late reply....

Review 6：Swimming pool should have an extended hours instead of 9:30pm to be closed it should be midnight be okay. And Wifi should be reach in all rooms. Not just we will come in the lobby just to connect.

Review 7：Staff are very Friendly, as far we check in they introduce directly the things that we need to do, of what we came for, and we are so delighted with it, Its closed to everything Nice restaurants and Bars...And they convinced us to roamed around the city during the night because its safe, and they even suggested us what are the things that need to visit while in Palawan, and the comfort we had during our stay is amazing, and every time we leave the room for adventure/tour when we came back the room is already make up and we are impressed and so cleaned. Thanks Blue Lagoon Team for treating as Nicely we surely come back and suggests to our friends to check in at your Suites. Thumbs up for the excellent Service and do Continue! Review 9：Very close to the airport. Quite big pool open till 9.30 pm, which is cool. Comfortable, clean houses. Nice drinks in the restaurant.

Review 10：The wifi didn't work in my room. The phone shower didn't work properly. There was not complementary water. They should clean the window in the bathroom and the Soap dish in the shower.

Review 16：The rooms are very small including the double bed, they were clean though but the bathroom needed a little tlc, old shower system. The pool was bizarre as there isn't really room to sunbathe as there's 2 beds sort of next to people's huts that you can use and that's about it, people were just lying on the floor! Wifi only works around the pool and at reception, we were at room 19 and cut out by the time we got to our room. Huge construction at the back of the hotel so extremely noisy, I guess they can't help this, also staff rise at around 6 am and maybe don't mean to be but are also noisy moving furniture and talking/singing loudly - I just used to ear plugs for the 4 nights.

Review 17：We booked a couple of trips like the underground river and island hopping tour, they gave us a discount and we really enjoyed the tours and it was just very easy. The restaurant food is okay but on the last night we ate at a lovely place called Pangea cafe, food was really nice - just gutted we only tried it on the last night, only costs about 30/40 pesos from hotel

Review 35：Standard rooms very small. I bought upgrade to "Villa De Luxe" what means in germany a 3 star standard room. Equipment in rooms not maintenanced. You have always problems with water pressure. In 6:00 because of pool fill up, after this because of all people doing shower.

Review 49：Normally i am very understanding, but this stay was not pleasant. We were going to Boracay the next morning, and the receptionist Then asked us for the flight time. She Said that the hotel Would arrange airport transport, and that we only had to ready an hour before departure. We had not decided for a place to stay in Boracay, why we choose this hotel to get wifi, and do some hotel research. We noticed when we Got the room (room 12 by the way) that the aircon was on, but the room still was about the same temperature as outside, we did not give this any second thought as we were going out to dinner downtown. Well ... the wifi did not work at all, at any time, Either in the room or in the lobby. The aircon (which is Really important to us since we often get easily overheated) did not work Either, and in the morning it was actually refreshing to get outside, because our room was way hotter. At last the driver apparently overslept the next day and was 30 minutes late and from the second we Got to the counter, she told us about Four times that he Would be here "in a minute" and that no other staff could take us. I know i sound like my shoes are way to small (just a saying) but imagine the amount of stress you get, waiting from 6-6:30 when your flight is at 7:10, and you have absolutely no idea how far away the airport is.

Review 55：Free WiFi was a bit of a joke. It worked the first night and then after that stopped. I told the reception about it, and it wasn't fixed, I told them again and still nothing was done. Instead they told me to use WiFi in the reception area (where it actually worked). My bathroom had a small window, which I couldn't close and which was looking over some sewege (not sure) as they smell coming from there was truly horrible.

But there are lots of mosquito at the area . when i got back to my room my legs are full of mosquito bites. and the hotel must do something about it. i mean they can see me scratching my legs but what they did is just turn on the electric fan.

They always make sure to change the water in the pool if not everyday, it's every other day. The place is quiet, you can rest very well after a long day. Near to the airport (with free airport pick up and drop off) and just along Rizal avenue. Tricycle fare is just 20 pesos.

Review 72：We were looking for a cheap but nice hotel and this is the place to be! The staff are friendly but they don't do too much to satisfy you. Our friends (in the second room) missed their flight so we asked for some discount, not even a full refund, they didn't agree. It's a shame, it could have been a great customer service. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi were perfect during the hot afternoon. Huge tip: Go to KaLui restaurant, it's the best restaurant in the region. Reservation is a must at least 1-2 days before. Also go in the evening to the Tiki bar. It's very entertaining

The Lexus van service does not suit a family that is travelling with young children and luggage and because of this we ended up having a very frustrated day in the lexxus van terminal. However, the hotel was able to help us and the hotel staff found us a private car within less then 1 hour. Unfortunally, during the waiting time at the lexxus terminal my iphone was robbed.

Review 136：this hotel is not as close to town center as other hotels (trike necessary or long walk) and is located down a long unpaved/rough driveway which is very dark at night. Their road sign is very easy to miss Their restaurant was very slow considering i was only person in the place. and not on the cheap side. When in your room (resting) you could hear loud music from the restaurant. You go there and no-one is there....they just keep the music on/up
