Review 1：I've nothing negative to say

Review 2：Made to feel very welcome. They even placed a dog bed and bowls for our dog. Also gave a bucket and spade, crabbing line and map to our daughter. Excellent place can't wait to return.

Review 3：It was terribly hot even with the door and window open.The television was attached to the end of the bed and there was an over sized chandelier hanging over it. They destroyed the whole ambiance of the room.

Review 4：The room was beautiful and clean. We had a balcony overlooking the square.

Review 5：We have booked a luxury double room that was supposed to be 32 sqm large, but the room seemed to be much smaller. Also our room was facing a street with a construction site, but that wasn't really a problem because they stopped work on Saturday. Anyway the view was awfull, so I recommend to ask for rooms faceing the main square or inner garden. Maybe some other to minor issues to be mentioned. (like parking, breakfast varietey, etc)

Review 6：We liked the location. Also the attitude of every single person from the staff, be it at the reception, spa, bar or restaurant was simply great, they were always very friendly and tried to help. Best staff ever - thumbs up. We received for the first day free vouchers for the spa. Also because our flight back home was late we asked for and got free late check out. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was nice and relaxed, and despite the hotel was busy it was very quite in the room.(except on Friday morning because of the construction works outside:) - but it was not that bad as I expected)

Review 7：Quality of the breakfast buffet wasn`t as good as it should have been for the price (only one coffee station with not very nice coffee, average juice from a machine, food on the floor, bacon pieces found in the jam for pancakes two days running (it was busy but still it shouldn`t be guests who spot this), basically not enough staff on to cope, also a negative that entrance to the spa is not only not included in the room rate but there is no information in the room, on the website, even in the spa brochure about how much it costs, you have to actively ask at reception. Also no bathrobes in the room, poor quality toiletries - and you have to ask for replacements if you use them. Parking is also a challenge, but understandable given the location. Also sand (which we had tried to minimise and also then to collect with the shower head) was left on the bathroom floor after cleaners had "cleaned" the bathroom. It proved also impossible to regulate the air conditioning even by the 3 degrees it said you could but reception sent up a fan quickly when we called them
