Review 1：woke up to find cockroaches in our bathroom. Unhappy that we we're unable to park in front of our room which lead to a lot of noises early morning from people leaving. Unhappy at the fact motel states it provides hair dryers, austar and a dryer which upon arrival had none of these facilities

Review 3：Value for money was pretty bad. I booked a family room with a young baby, no facilities to cook, no microwave, I would've thought family rooms came with at least a microwave. Room service was quiet expensive for the meal we ordered.

Review 8：Lots of bad things. 1. There was only 1 tap in the entire room, and that was in the bathroom, meaning if somebody wanted to brush their teeth, they would have to wait for the person in the shower. Major inconvenience 2. There wasn't much room. 3. The fridge was probably only 5°c colder than the room temperature.
Review 9：The beds were pretty comfortable, plus there were quite a few power points to charge your phones. Plus, a pretty big freezer.

Review 11：There is a good restaurant next door with water views. A park across the road which has gym equipment and a playground plus a walking path. The bay is very pretty . There is also a good cafe with great coffee.
Review 12：2nd stay here, this time in family room, not nearly as nice as the spa room. Room was hot, hard to cool adjoining kids room, very noisy old aircon, got very hot overnight as it was too noisy to run overnight. Small awkward bathroom. Pay the extra to get a good room, not all rooms are up to date.

Review 14：Reception was still open when we arrived after dark. Restaurant next door was a real highlight and made our day: cheerful owner and staff, excellent beer and fine food - more and better than we ever expected.
Review 15：toilet didnt work properly it didnt flush you had push button 3 times for that to happen.stayed there for four days and didnt get fresh towels or toilet paper.or fresh milk.didnt give us internet either and they had it.beds are hard......smokers next door stood outside the door and smoked and all smoke came into our roomwas not happy about that.you need to have smokers move right away from the units when smoking ,or there is no piont sending them outside to smoke.car parking was so narrow and not a lot of room between car spaces and the rooms.was very tight.shampoo and conditioner bottles in shower was empty and broke.shower lotion in shower was practically empty.

Review 19：There was wifi, but it was not free - although it was advertised as such. It reminded me of the little country town motels in the middle of nowhere that are well under $100/night...I felt it was expensive for what you got.

Review 22：The staff at the hotel was very cooperative, helpful and friendly. I even checked-in 45 minutes early and checked out one and half hour late as i was with my one year old daughter for which i had to take care to have enough sleep before a long journey back to sydney. The staff was very considerate and allowed us to do that without any argument. The room and the bathroom was very neat and clean. The location is perfect. Room upstairs is i think will be preferable to have good view of harbour, if it is opened towards it. You need to confirm it from hotel management before booking. I would love to stay there again.
Review 23：Advertised that wifi was free in all rooms but found it was only available for a fee. Ran out of tissue, only 1 left in the box. Ran out of shower gel.
Review 24：Well located opposite the beach and park. There is a small group of shop within a short walking distance and a restaurant on site. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Review 26：Stayed here with our one year old daughter for four nights and our every request was met (extra chair, extra blanket after hours) - we are so appreciative of the care we received and sorry that our smoke alarm went off three times from cooking! Directly across from the beach and a great park that had heaps kids of various ages, our daughter loved it. We walked to the IGA and pizza place and it was perfect. Great location.
Review 27：Great location. Very clean rooms and very reasonably priced. We were there 2 years ago, and on our recent stay, it was just as great as the first time we visited there. Definitely rebooking when we are down that way again.

Review 53：It would be more comfortable to have 2 easy chairs or a larger settee. The current one does not allow 2 people to sit in comfort.. . The parking spaces are rather narrow, and could be a problem if you had full occupancy as some cars ( jeeps, crv's & 4 wheel drives take up a larger space than a car.

Review 61：Couldn't begin to understand why accommodation geared to families (such as this four bedroom apartment) could not provide a cot as we requested. Really: port-a-cots cost about $140. It is the only place we have stayed in NSW that does not have capacity to provide a cot and I would say were clearly not too worried about the fact. Fortunately I rang three days out from our arrival date and found out we needed to bring our own cot.

Not a warm clean welcoming feel at all. Very happy to move on and leave. Expensive for what u get in comparison to other better quality renovated places.
