Review 1：I was booked superior room and payed for superior rooms (4 rooms) and they give us only 2 superior and the rest standard rooms , when i talk to the reception they change only for one room.

Review 30："Superior çift kişilik" odada bir gece konakladık. Oda kasvetli, karanlık, ince uzun, fotoğraflardakine benzemiyordu. Halılar ve mobilyalar çok eski. Banyodan kötü kokular geliyordu. Merkezi ısıtma çok ısıtıyordu, sıcaktan uyuyamadık. Oda iyi temizlenmemişti. Eski halılara ve perdelere kötü kokular sinmişti. Banyo da çok eskiydi. Kapılar aşınmış, Küvet eski ve lekeli, metal malzeme kireçlenmişti. Kesinlikle beş yıldız kalitesinde bir oda değildi.

Review 32：Room was not ready upon arrival. Waiting time is huge. The type of room was not the one I have requested. When I asked them to change it they refused. No clean tables in breakfast area, if I tell them they refuse. Very bad service.

Review 35：I stayed 3d/2n in the hotel for short visit to Uludag ski resort with rental car. Therefore, car parking is most important things for us, and the hotel has private parking which is FREE for hotel guest. Overall, this is the hotel with BEST BREAKFAST service ever during our 18days trip in Turkey. The other good things for the hotel is location, as in front of the hotel is a national park, so we can enjoy in the park in the morning. The hotel also located in the main-road to Izmir/Bergama.

Breakfast: No one greeted me, no smiles and no eye contact (they actually looked away!) Throughout my stay I absolutely did not feel welcomed. As a fellow hotelier, I think this is more of a serious issue than some physical issues of the building. This was not "five star" experience I expected.

Review 56：The cleaners needs more training. When we arrived we asked for a baby bed, the housekeeper brought to us a bed without a mattress !! So at night we called them and then they sent us a mattress. Next day after we came back from our tour at night we found our bed sheet uncovered. Seems that the housekeepers was in a hurry !
