Review 1：Staff okay, owner unfriendly and rude, very dominant person. Breakfast was horrible. Shower was broken and there was nearly no hot water. Floor was dirty.
Review 2：Included 'breakfast' is dry bread and some processed ham, cheese and a little tomato, not much else. Air conditioning is extra. No water in room and drink machines not working/stocked. Only 2 staff members so hard to get hold of Door shut/locked after 10.30 ish.
Review 3：I called them several times prior booking - but nobody picked up the phone. There are no basic facilities in the room: no fridge, no TV, no kettle, no cups. You have to ask for the hair dryer. Water in the shower was barely warm one day. 140 pln for the room without basic stuff is too much I think

Review 5：Very good location. Excellent choice for those who prefer to stay not in the middle of a big city, but in its suburbs. Good value for money. And very close to Wieliczka Salt Mine, which is surely worth of visiting.
