Review 1：it was very cold, the sheets didn't look fresh, all the lavatory bowls for men were broken, the breakfast was just a tasteless sandwich without drinks. The property is a red light facility, "Men's Club" with sauna and strip tease

Review 3：Literally everything, its dirty,the staff is gonna shout at you and be mean, so be ready, its a cursed place where the staff complains about work salary and how they want to find a better job in front of people. As a cab driver told me it was a piggery place right before it became a hotel, which explains the piss smell all over. And the wifi is not working, although thet told me they are going to fix it, be ready to eat tea and a small porridge portion for your breakfast

Review 6：The room was booked for single standard size bed, but upon arrival I was only offered a room with two beds. The beds were too small and uncomfortable for one person.

Review 7：This place is a dump, seriously don't stay here. There were squashed bugs on the floor and the showers were just nasty. Invest in Novotel or other hotel close to the airport instead and stay away from this place.

Review 9：This property is on an industrial estate and is more like a low grade hostel than a hotel. My room should have had a shower, TV and hairdryer. None were in the room so I went to tell the staff. The receptionist told me the details on the internet were not right and she would not change my room. The shower was down the corridor next to the very smelly toilet and wash room which attracted many flies. The bed linen was not clean however it was changed when I complained. I could go on but I think the above will suffice.

Review 49：The rooms are without a window, it was hot and with bad air. The breakfast was not available anymore at 10 am so I missed it. Bad feeling since I slept near the red rooms which are "going on" in the hotel downstairs. Terrible neighbourhood.

Review 67：The room was not clean enough and was really cold. (There was a conditioner but wasn't a remote.) Staff didn't care about the situation much. It took them 40 minutes to bring us extra blanket because they didn't find the remote!! In the morning we reminded them about the remote but in the evening they told us that they forgot about it!! We insisted that they gave us another room. They didn't look happy about it but had no choice. And the breakfast was very poor.

That will saveyou lots of money because the taxi drivers at the airport will charge toat least 5 times the regular price (a 3 minute drive from the airport =2500 rubles!). Ask for the schedule at their website! The staff wasextremely friendly and helpful as well.

Review 80：There was some confusion upon arrival. Having booked the room without cancellation, I expected that booking.com (as usual) had already taken the money from my account. Apparently they don't do that for this hotel (I checked my account afterwards, and indeed they had not), so be prepared to pay upon arrival! The included breakfast was rather scanty, and the menu in the restaurant is all in Russian, so bring your phrasebook! And if you're planning a city trip, that's not what this hotel is for - it's located close to the airport, but in the middle of nowhere.

Review 81：If all you need is a place to stay the night close to Sheremetyevo airport, this place is good. Budget friendly, and a frequent shuttle to the airport. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and several of them speak English. The shared bathrooms were very clean - cleaner than the room in fact...

Review 82：The room is like a jail: No windows, 1 electric plug, white agressivelights, no toilets or bathroom inside. The day I was there , the waterwas not working so I could not take a shower. The building is ugly.Seems to be still building it. The restaurant for the breakfast and mealis on the basements with no windows. They shut down most of light tosafe money to my opinion. I arrive 20 min late for the breakfast andthey resume strickly to make a small effort. I saw a water fountain butthere was no bottle, so I had to pay 100 rub (4 eur) to drink water . (I suspect they do it on purpose). The road out has no asphalt andoutsite it is a real construction yard.

Review 88：It was like driving into a rundown building site, unpaved potholed roads, past a rundown warehouse and the entrance looks like the entrance looks like the entrance to a factory office and not a very welcoming one at that.

Review 89：It is uncomfortable and dirty. The location is best described - once you got there, there is no way out, unless you use some of hotel's extra services. They will try to charge you 500 RUR (12,5 EUR) for "free" shuttle-bus, that will practically ruin your possible savings on this hotel. Though if you refuse to pay (show some determination) they will let you go.

Review 90：I did not like the fact that when we arrived to the hotel they had not idea that we have made a reservation with the booking.com. We we lucky that they had free rooms, otherwise we would be left outside at midnight in a very remote and I would say scary area. The hotel itselfe is not bad, good for one night, max 2 nights. Breakfast is very basic. Staff is not professional at all. We had a feeling that this people helping out their friends to run a hotel but not a hotel staff. Also the hotel itself is located on the territory of factory or some construction area. Bathrooms are old and of bad quality.

Review 91：The distance from the Sheremetyevo in ternationa was very short and we stayed there for an overnight layover as our next flight was going to be in the morning. They have an airport shuttle the schedule of which does not correspond with the schedule described in their web page. Also in one of the reviews of this hotel it was mentioned that the airport shuttle is for free but they charged us 500 rubles for round trip per room.

Free airport transfer and good staff in addition very clear English speaking is a value that you could not find in all parts of Moscow city. It has a very good playing room for kids and it's manager who is a real Russian gentleman kindly prepared everythings that we needed.
