Review 2：All staff was kind and warm. I never seen hotel staffs have smile like them. Room and thermal pool was very clean. We visited this hotel with my friend's recommendation. Everything is perfect. I definitely visit again.

Review 3：Baby cot took over an hour to arrive even tho it was pre requested. Shower head all mouldy . The tap in the sink wasnt working and barely let any water thru. Rooms way too dark no lighting. Rooms are too small with big bulky furniture crowding them. Anything you asked for you had to pay for. Were told to pay 15 TL for an adapter to charge my phone.

Excellent helpful staff,The XL thermal swimming pool with marble everywhere is magnificent . the view for Bursa from Balcony is really charming. my wife and me Had dinner in the hotel , we ordered fish and it was delicious with reasonable price for 5 stars hotel (160 TL). Culture park metro station is just 500 meters in front of the hotel. if u r coming by metro go down there and if u have heavy bags take taxi for 5 TL to the hotel . if no bags just enjoy walking up to the hotel . bus stop is just outside the hotel and take you to Telefrik in 20 minutes or take you to shops and malls and restaurants easily . this is my second time in this hotel and I am looking forward to go back.

Review 25：Being woken by the phone ringing at 1-30am, and the desk staff not being able to identify where it had come from (eg another room, alarm being set by previous guest, etc). Lack of tea making facilities in the room. The cleaner entering the room two seconds after we went to check out, only to advise the main desk we had taken things from the minibar before we even got to the check out desk. Even though the hotel was easy to find, the vehicle entrance was not well marked.

Review 73：It is not a spa hotel, it is a massage parlour. %70 of the spa closedspace is reserved for massage and after-massage resting beds. And themassage is relatively very expensive in tl. (170TL/hour) There isonly 80c sauna and a very small Turkish hamam (which is generallyoccupied), no steam room, no aromatic steam room, no low heat sauna norother spa activities, where you can enjoy the thermal water.

Review 84：I had stayed many times at this hotel years ago. There was no good operation and quality service except nature hot water spring facilities. But now, I was realy happy to stay at Celik Palas which is one of the oldest hotel not only in Bursa may be in Turkiye. Staff is very professional and helpfull, very confortable and well renovated rooms and good equipped spa and hot spring water section. I will always prefer Celik Palas Hotel in Bursa again.

Review 112：We generally stay in budget hotels but this time we chose the hotel to benefit from the thermal spa there. We stayed in the cheapest room.The front staff told us that they would offer us an upgrade at check-in but later I couldn't help assume that it was not true. The room was very clean and seemed comfortable at the first sight, but after a while we found flaws of the room one after another. Because the room was a little hot, we tried to open the door leading to balcony, however it was somehow very difficult doing that. Only once we successfully opend it but later it was never possible. That was annoying but not a big problem, however, there was serious problem with the door of the room. The automatic locking was not functioning properly.When we went out of the room to go to spa, the door was not locked. We informed the front staff of the problem and they immediatly dealt with it. The staff said that the problem wouldn't happen repeatedlly and it was surely locked at that time, but when we went out again for dinner it stopped functioning again. Generally the hotel seemed safe but it was very unpreasant. Besides these, the bed was personally uncomfortable for me. And there wes a noise from other room. I was tired but couldn't fall asleep untill 3:00. Finally, the front staff gave us an incorrect information on transportation at check-out. The thermal spa was very nice but all these flaws made us have a negative impression on the hotel.

Review 115：Celikpalas is like our home in Bursa for many years. Since my parents spent 2 nights of their honeymoon 40 years ago, we (all family members) have been staying in Celikpalas every time we are in Bursa. Still the best location. Still got good memories.

Review 116：We love the Celik Palas hotel. This is the second year in a row we have celebrated our wedding anniversary there. The staff speak a dizzying array of languages very well, and are always willing to help. Nothing is too much trouble. The hamam is the highlight - the best we have visited in Turkey. There is a large, steaming thermal pool, mixed and single sex facilities; all housed in a beautiful historical hamam building. It is not crowded, very relaxed, a fun thing to do by oneself or as a couple.

Review 119：Staying at one of the best suite room, Elizabeth Taylor Suite for 3nights. 2Nd and 3rd night , ac was turned off by hotel management. Itwas too hot and suffocating in room. Couldn't sleep all night. We keptasking hotel to fix ac but we were told to keep all windows open,which didn't work because weather those days was not that cold. 2nights out of 3 were really uncomfortable. They were cleaning roomeveryday but not a single day they replace all empty tissue boxes,tea, coffee, milk, sugar. Hotel kept 15 Euro deposit to provide a 3pin socket of 1 tl value.

Review 121：When I was in Bursa the tempreture was nice but at night I couldn'tsleep because the aircondition was not cooling the room!!. It was onlyblowing air. So, I called the room service at midnight & I complainedabout it & they told me they had problem with the air condition unit &they will fix next day!!. Next day, before I go to the breakfast I askedanother guest about his aircondition and he told me it was realy cold!!.To make sure about what he td me I looked after an open room forcleaning & I switched on the aircondition & it was cold!! So, I wentback to the front desk & I asked them about the aircondition of my room& he told me they have some problem in main unit. Then I told him tothat I found another rooms in the another floor with perfectaircondition & I don't think there is problem with the main unit. Then Itold him either to fix my aircondition or change my room!! Magicalywithout sending any one to my room the aircondition was cooling again. Iasked one of the stuff he told me because there is only few peoplestaying in that floor the switched off the uint from that area as acutting cost!! Next night they did the same thing!! I called them and Itold them if they didn't switch on the aircondition unit in 5 minutes Iwill call the police for them & I will sue them. Evantully, they returneit back within 3 minutes.
