Review 4：It was a perfect location for us as we were passing thru but if one wants to visit Wroclaw and its downtown, this could be too remote location. The restaurant offers great food.

Review 8：I was in this hotel twice. Each time all tables during breakfast are occupied by a big tourist group. Other have reservation signs on it. The dining area is too small for this size of hotel.

Review 10：Rowdy locals, I suppose in the hallway in and out of rooms all evening, with slamming doors. I yelled at them about 11p/2300 and called the front desk and perhaps something was done because it was soon quiet enough to sleep well the night. Camera security would have seen this real early and somebody could have been dispatched. Also, I suspect that the "currency translation scam" widespread as applied to charges in Poland is occurring here, but I won't know until we get our statements or I have a chance to check. Only place this did not occur was on the motorway tolls.

Review 13：Booked rooms for other 5 guest. Asked clearly for “kingsize bed” and rather higher floor. International surnames sounds more sexy for Haston employs thus I was the only one having non-king-size bed… on the first floor. Still much space for improvements with billing the guests. I took more than 20min to bill 3 guests (the same invoice details, company registered in the system). Staff at haston is like russian roulette ...

Review 15：good restaurant - easy park - perfect wi-fi - the hotel is very silenced even if my room was near their general outdoor aircon: very noisy do to a malfunctioning of compressors (I'm working wiht such equipments so I can confirm that) - however I will go again for sure but I will specify the choice of the room far from aircon system

The staff could not have been morehelpful and pleasant and the restaurant served up some marvelous foodand again nothing was too much trouble for them.

A waiter has showed up once we have escalated lack of staff at the restaurant at the reception.- During breakfast tables with food are located in a corridor, which means you get all kinds of people walking straight from the car park for instance walk by the tables on their way to a different sections of the hotel. Not the ideal and the most sanitary place to keep tables with food….

Review 56：Staff in the restaurant did not speak English and they did not smile. they were quite plain. If you improve this you can achieve excellent grades! Go for it. No possibility to relax in a spa or no tennis courts.

Review 57：The cars on display were quite nice just as the cleanliness and the high quality of the whole hotel including the rooms as well. It was also good value for money. Nice staff at the reception. We were honoured to taste their special dish they wanted to sing up for a competition and we were asked our opinions. Very nice.

Review 58：Beautiful new hotel with wonderful cuisine, great stuff and comfortable rooms. Old town square can be reached easily by taxi in only like 10 - 15 minutes.

Review 59：The hotel is away from city center. The food in the restaurant (dinner) was not excellent. When leaving the hotel with a car it is not very handy to go in that direction where you want (for example to the motorway or to the city center) because the new road gives the opportunity to rotate only in one direction.
