Review 1：The room was not very clean, there was actually trash left over from whoever was previously in there. The shower did not drain so showering was not comfortable. I understand that it was an older building, but just over all it was not a very clean place.

Review 3：The smell in the room was unpleasant. The a/c unit was obscurely located and we didn't even locate it 'til morning. Room poorly ventilated. A/ c needs updating!

Review 5：When we arrived the owner asked us if we had a reservation. When we said yes and gave our name he said oh you are from xxxcc. I have never had anyone at a front desk know who I was instantly. He also walked us to our room. He was very friendly and helpful.
Review 6：The bed was not very comfortable, but I'm pregnant and extra picky at the moment. My grandmother slept fine on her bed. The AC was above the door and I didn't realize this until half through the hot night... Worked great though once I started using it!
Review 7：The owners are genuinely sweet people! They are dedicated to their hotel! The husband walked us to our room and made sure we could use the (real) key properly... He was so sweet!!! The room was fine, but could use updating. Had everything we needed though. The mini fridge was a great size and the freezer portion actually worked! There are lots of places to eat in a short walking distance.
Review 8：Old, out dated beds. Dirty room. Old television set. Brown water when shower and faucet first turned on. A breakfast was advertised but there was none! Overly priced!
Review 9：The beds leave much to be desired. The shower curtain could use a thorough cleaning or maybe just get a new one. The power outlets need to be changed(my phone charger just fell out at one point).

Review 11：The owners were fantastic. very friendly and they were kind enough to pick us up from the airport after we had dropped our hire car off. The area is lovely, make sure you go on the history walk.

Review 20：The staff was amazingly accommodating. It's own by an Egyptian family and they couldn't have been more attentive and thoughtful. It's an old facility, so when we complained that our room had a bit of a smell, they immediately offered us another. That had less of a smell, which we told them. We went out for a few hours, and when we returned, it was completely gone (Fabreez or something?). The shuttled us back and forth to the Frontier Days festival grounds (complimentary). When a vending machine didn't work, they not only quickly opened it to give us our 2 sodas, they reimbursed our $2. I used their washer / dryer, and they provided us detergent and dryer sheets from their own supply. When we checked out, we saw the mother running out to our car. She brought us 2 bottles of water and 2 granola bars for our ride. I cannot say enough good things about these people. They are hard working, thoughtful, attentive and just friendly.
Review 21：there were no clean towels when we checked in, but there was a dirty wet bath towel still hanging up in the bathroom. the bed fell off the leg so i looked under it to fix it and there was left over food on the floor under the bed. you had to climb on a chair to turn on the AC that was over the door. the room was disgusting and we had to pay $200/night since it was during a special event. this place was a joke, my friend and i cant stop laughing at what a gross experience it was.
