Review 1：Only bad thing really was the room could have been cleaned better before we got there. There was still trash in one of the cans and a couple of small things on the floor.

Review 2：We received rooms that were comparable for what we paid. It was outdated but not in terrible condition. We were just looking for a place to lay our heads at night and that is what we got.

The first room I got was dirty and a big mess have to go ask for another room, second room couldn't get into because of cardkey didn't work, when finally get into the room this one was clean and in order

Review 5：Entryway to room was pure ice very dangerous ,entrance to motel itself was not pleasant pot planter was overflowing with cigarette butts. The room itself had carpet that looked like it had never been shampooed or vacumned,very disappointed with cleanliness. Sheets very stained also towels could be used as rags. Never use this place again or will we recommend it to anyone.

Review 7：It was said to be a non smoking motel, room wreaked of cigarette, room was filthy not vacuumed, mini fridge dirty. Overall the room had not been cleaned and smelt really bad.when I went to complain the front desk receptionist apologized then all he did was spray febreeze, which just masked the smell a bit there were no refunds and I could not leave as I could not afford to loose money and go to a different motel. I've never stayed at a motel that was that dirty. I guess I got what I paid for but either way it should not have been that dirty.

Review 8：The parking lot was covered in snow other businesses had a clear lot. Rooms bathroom was covered in hair! A bicycle and bags of trash were in the door way of the two rooms I went into. I did not stay the second night I had scheduled.

Review 10：The back room did not open with key. Also, we were given approval for a later checkout time at the time of check-in. however, the gentleman in the morning did not agree with the approval and decided to harass us even after we had received permission earlier. The hotel was nearly empty, there was no need to kick us out so quick or as rudely as he did.

Review 14：Trying to find this place was really scary. It is behind a closed building, so we thought I had booked a closed motel. Some more lighting would make it more inviting. Some more locks on the doors would feel a little safer. And a couple honey buns and coffee does not count as a continental breakfast.

Review 15：It looked as if the owners were recently trying to make over a place that had been closed. The mattresses felt new. And once you are inside the room it feels a lot better than being outside. Staff was very nice.

Review 16：When we drove up it looked like an abandoned motel. Grounds needed a lot of attention.The toilet was dirty. Had to clean it myself with antibacterial wipes. The bathroom counters were dusty as if the room hadn't been used in a while. The two doors made me nervous because one review said someone came in the room when they were sleeping.

Review 26：It looks like part of the property was condemned with a fence around it. The grass had not been cut in I don't know how long. The toilet would refill on its own constantly. The door handlel for the bathroom was laying on the shelf in bathroom. The water in the tub ran constantly. I could not get it to shut off. There was a dead bug on the floor in bathroom. Door locks were pretty non existent. Breakfast was stale cereal. I dumped it out after 1 spoonful

Review 27：Owner/manager and wife were not very polite, especially since we were paying to be a guest, and in order to leave and not be charged an extra $200 they had to make sure there was no smoking in room. They were not nice at all.

Toilet flushed but wouldn't stop until I lifted the lid and fixed it. Weeds and trash all over the property even at the front door of the registration office. Had one Styrofoam cup, no plastic cups, and one coffee pack. No breakfast at all. Stains on carpet at many places Upholstery worn and torn. Door leading outside had a large gap under it for insects or other critters to come in. Very amateurish refurbishment with many holes filling in (or not) with plaster.

Review 41：Everything- It smelled like animals lived in it, the curtains had a strange substance on them, there was a condom wrapper outside our door, grown up weeds all over the property, no lights outside, towels were scratchy and sparse, only 1 shampoo 'packet' for the family, buildings looked dilapidated and condemned. I booked online thinking it was the same hotel I'd stayed in back in 2006. This was NOT it.

Review 42：The Inn looks closed from the road. Building in front is fenced off. Building behind isn't occupied, I think. Outside of building needs mowing, other upkeep. Ignore all that and the room I was in (231) was good. Bathroom had some rust type stains on ceiling because no vent fan. Otherwise clean. Bring your own pillow if that's important. Pillows were not good.

Review 43：Big, clean room. Wifi worked good and I was in an end room. Quiet area. Quiet room. Fridge worked well. Microwave worked well. Both were very clean. Good deal for the money.

Review 92：I am providing feedback based on my daughter's comments. Staff was very friendly. The young lady assigned a room near the lobby, which was good for safety. Room was very clean. She slept soundly.

Review 104：Due to Cheyenne Frontier Days, the price was inflated by over $100, from$89.99 to $199.99. For $89.99, this motel is average to below average.Half the property is surrounded by a chain link fence and boarded up asif condemned. I believe there is only one of 3-4 buildings open at thistime. The whole property is ill-kept. The room had many dirty surfacesand worn out furniture. All fabric in room was frayed or torn. Woodpieces were all pretty severly scratched. Room was advertised as havinga patio-no patio. Towels were old, hard and yellowed,feminine hygieneproducts were found under sink in bathroom. Bathroom was inadequetlystocked. Mattress was not clean and made up with mismatched sizebedding. Doors were not secure - door to outside opens out! Coffee potwas dirty; sugar and creamer were damp on the inside and only enough for1 cup. Very few of the electrical devises (lamps, clock, microwave,coffee pot) were plugged in when we entered. I would never stay at thismotel again.
