Review 1：We got one of our personal towels stolen from our room's balcony and no reimbursement or solution was given by the hotel :( take care of your personal belongings.

Review 2：Nice location right by the beach (not the best one but still in a cool place to chill) and very close to the fullmoon party beach which you can reach in a walking distance. The pool was always clean, we had a pool party one of the days and the restaurant/bar is cheap and good.

Review 3：There was a pool party on one of the nights, which we did not attend, and the guests were pretty loud during the night. Nothing major although wouldn't really recommend it for families.

Review 4：Great hotel right on the beach. Also benefits from a lovely swimming pool with ample sun loungers. The food was great and the staff were nice. We rented mopeds for two days for just 100 baht each/day. Probably one of the best deals on the island. There is a 7-Eleven up the road approximately 5 minute stroll. The main town is also about 15 minutes stroll although we ventured there on our bikes taking less than five minutes. The island is easily explored in a morning on the bikes and is well well worth it.

Review 5：The rooms where very dark and dirty. when leaving we where told we couldn't use the taxi service as we were moving hostel! Wifi only worked in the restaurant/ bar so you felt you had to buy something every time you wanted to use it.

Review 9：we first had gotten the fan room because there weren't any other rooms available ! It was horrible. The shower was broken. No bedside table. No closet, just 2 beds in one small room! Wouldn't stay there again. However , after the full moon party , they had a lot of vacancies which allowed us to upgrade. That room was worth the stay in!

Review 11：Ok Im gonna let my fingers run on this so please bare with me :) Starting off with the worst part in case you dont read the whole thing... It was impossible to communicate with the staf due to their non existing skills in the english language. If you choose to stay at this hotel, dont try to order someting that is not in a dish or on the menue. If you have complains there is no one to talk to. They just laughed when we made an attempt to complain. We got a flyer on our way to Koh Phangan, wich said 1 night in AC room for 400 baht. We wanted to use the flyer to add one more night to our stay, but the lady in the reception told us that the offer had expired (although the flyer didnt have an expiration date). When we checked in the lady showed us the room very fast and we had to sign a paper that everything was working. The room was dark brown and not very nice. Beds were rock hard. Besides bodypaint from several full moon parties everywhere. We found signs all over the hotel saying how much it would cost to break anything. There was even a fine (6000 baht) to climb the roof. All the signs and "donts" almost made us feel that we were in prison. There were so many signs and some of them told different prices and different information. It was very confusing. The hotel was really noisy. When we got there we were told when checking in that they would arrange a pool party tonight. The truth was however it was pool party everynigt and loud music untill atleast 3 am.

Review 23：There was a loud party on the pool nearly everyday. I've read the sign 'famous pool party tonight' when I arrived, but I hadn't realized that 'tonight' means every night. Starting at around 9pm and ending somewhat about 4am. No possibility to sleep. Except the one night when the full moon party at the beach was, there was a party every night. I would have had a better sleep in the first room they offered me, but after I found 5 cockroaches (size about 4cm each) I requested (and immediately got) a new room. The second room was very moist and had a bad (kind of rotten) smell. There was color from the full moon party everywhere.

Review 27：An absolute disgrace of a place to stay. I mentioned that the bins were overflowing on the second day, which were like that when I arrived. They simply put all the bins into one giant bin liner and left it there. There was rubbish sitting there for nearly a week when I left. When I asked for my room to be cleaned, it was done but with a disgruntled approach, like my request was unacceptable. It wasn't even done to an acceptable standard. No WiFi in the room.

Review 29：It was a bit far away from had rin beach, ie where the full moon is but a tuk tuk is cheap to get around. Rooms are very basic. There was lots of ants in our room including on the bed, however staff sorted it quickly when we complained.

The proposed pre party for the moon party didn't exist, even though they advertised it over the place. No beer game, no fluro painting!!!!! I wouldn't stay here again.

The restaurant on site is FANTASTIC and has a variety of foods. The pool parties are great and the staff are pretty cheerful. I went there for the Half Moon Festival and there were a lot of other young travellers there as well.

Review 37：The bed was a little hard but that is personal taste and also it is quite a young crowd so maybe better for people in their early 20's. Wifi only in common areas and gets very backed up at night with everyone logging in. The entrance off the street was a little off putting but great little place when walked down the street

Review 48：The bungalow we were given was dark and dirty with cockroaches, centepides, geckos, mosquitos inside. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, no wifi, even with aircon on we were bitten all over through the night. Food at restaurant was horrible. We had booked for 1 week and checked out after 2 nights to move to a 4star hotel because bites got so bad.

Review 56：Treatment at check-in was horible shouldve ran then. Cheapest place in town for 3 ppl. A/c room. Food also descent and cheat. But this place has completely lost any pation or will for hospitality. Checking in & out required signatures, deposits (yes plural) I had to sign on my sheets towels room furniture ect. Ofcourse c/o was non the less as stricked. I'm a very easy going fella and not looking to complain, but for a vacation I'd prefer to pay a bit more gore a nice aditude. Although the the cheap rates this place is still not value for money.

Review 58：I stayed here for 5 nights around the full moon party and I regret not staying here longer. The pool is nice, great view onto the sea, 10 min walk to haad rin beach and bars through the centre or 15 min if you walk along the beach and harbour, 5 min from a 7-11 store, the hotel staff are good, they serve good cheap thai and european food, cheap drink, good atmosphere without being too mental. The beds were really comfortable and the bungalows were spacious. There was no fridge or storage though but that wasnt an issue to me. Ignore the negative reviews this is a good place to stay.

They even didn't pretend to be helpful. When we checked out we had to wait more than 2 hours for them to check our room and our motorbikes! It has happened not only to us btw. And finally they found some small dirt on the bedding, yelled at me and made me wash the beddings in a public toilet for all to see! I had to do that to get my passport back, crazy people...

Treadmills didn't even have belts. Either fix it up or use the space for something cooler, like a yoga studio or a gift shop.

Has everything you might possibly need...laundry, scooters, pool, beachfront, spa/tattoo, throws it's own parties, walking distance from main part of Haad Rin...the staff is really nice (especially Chai, who may or may not be the most adorable man on the planet)

Review 77：It was a great place to meet other travellers as everyone hangs out at the pool which is a nice bonus. The food wasn't great but we found an amazing Thai place which is just round the corner, if you turn left at the 7-11 it's the place that is immediately behind the the 'Thai Dee' sign on the left. It's a street cafe so easy to miss but the food there is amazing, if you like Masaman curry you won't be disappointed!! The people who run it are out of this world though and helped us in ways you wouldn't imagine, nicest people I've ever met on holiday! Ask for Cuckoo and Na and tell them Amy and Bren sent you they will make your stay! If you want to do cooking with them they can take you to the market and cook with you they even got a BBQ out for our Russian friend. Couldn't recommend it or them more!

Review 78：Besides 2-3 staff members, horrible staff. Most of the time they are too busy sitting around then helping you. Ladies at the front desk have no clue and are too lazy to help you. Staff in restaurant show up at around 9am and are annoyed if you are there waiting to order breakfast. No music at pool during the day or evening, no atmosphere and staff refused at request. Just plain no great customer service.

Review 79：Great location, clean pool, rooms are decent and clean. Hot showers, working A/C and fan. Only 2-3 staff members are exceptional. Great tattoo parlor, good artists and discounts for people staying at resort. Easy walking to Haad Rin and 711. Getting taxi at road to other parts, smooth. They rent bikes also.

Review 80：The double bed in the room is the most un comfortable bed known to man!!! We stayed 5 nights and had bad backs after! Wifi Is not in any of he rooms only at resturant area and if loads of people are logged on its very slow.

Overall bed was gross and motor bikes broke down and were unreliable but since you have to give them your passport to stay there you can't rent from anyone else and bikes are always drained to completely empty so u buy the gas from them that they probably drain from the returned bikes into bottles.

Review 86：When I got there I was informed that my credit card was charged for the days rate. This was after I verified the "pay when stay" policy. I was very disappointed. After a hard talk with the manager she said that she would refund my card if I did not like the room. Upsetting.

Review 90：There are hanging warning signs everywhere you look, in case you break something. You have to fill in a whole form for everything, even to play on the pool table. More for the party people in stead of family's.

Review 91：The bungalow and the garden looked very well maintained. Staff was friendly, they can arrange anything for you. The rent scooters for 100 bath per person, or 150 bath for one scooter for 2 persons, really cheap!
