Review 1：Only 'hot' airco, not 'cold'. Room was hot, but opening the window is an option to cool it down a bit

Review 3：What my family & I like about Hotel Livemax Sagamihara is that people are so accomodating. They will do everything to please you and grant your request . Especially other staff that don't speak english, but they will do their best to serve you through their gestures. Though on our first night when we arrived the guy at the reception speak very good english, Mr. Teruaki Wakamiya and very good in assisting us. He sees to it that everything is in order what need. Though we never seen him again till our check out since it is his off I think , he told and advise the staff to take care of us and they do a good job. As far as I can remember that is Mr. Yabuuchi and one young men and lady. We will definitely comeback again to this hotel. To Hotel Livemax Sagamihara thank you very much for the warm welcome you've given us. See you in the near future.
Review 4：The location is quite far from the city centre. Took about 1hrs 30 min to reach tokyo station. The room that we book also quite small and narrow. For short term visit it may be quite worth.
Review 5：The hotel is clean, cozy, privatr and the facilities was excellent. They have water heater and microwave! Easy to make any instant food. Near to train station that only took like 5min walk.
