Review 4：Wonderful hotel! We stayed for 4 nights on our honeymoon. Hotel is beautiful! The infinity pool is right on the beach and there is a bar inside the pool. Breakfast is delicious and the hotel's restaurant is great as well. Room is spacious, modern and comfortable and only a 10 min walk to haad rin. We defintely recommend
Review 5：in general, not sure if it's the best choice with babies. a lot of stairs, almost no shade in the pool area more designed for couples who like to (pool) party, although we were in a low season and the hotel was not fully occupied so less problem on our stay, but still a point to think about they took the modern design to the minimum. there are almost no storage places in the room, the closet have only 2 small shelves people smoking while sitting on the pool bar chairs, inside the pool, very annoying and disturbing

Review 10：in the northern part of the island are much better beaches with white sand and small waves at least. beach is average, not so nice neighborhood. We recommend to use a taxi or we can rent a bike. Island can ride back and forth for a while. for more'll see monkeys and elephants. Enjoy it!

Review 12：When we arrived they just charge your credit card argued that it isimpossible to cancel, although I kept insisting that I wanted to paycash, they said that you can not cancel I will see if the cancellationis only in 45 days the question, then said that it is impossible tocancel all. I work in the hotel, I walk a lot of places in the world,and I never came across a hotel that you can not cancel credit and debitto pay cash instead. Just a shame, it is not the guest service. Whileall of my argument in front of the receptionist, front desk managerstood there and just ignore and gave the receptionist to deal with me.The hotel should be ashamed of employing such managers !!

Review 21：The coast was like a hipsters dream! Modern facility with a very trendyeuropean modern styling. Was a great place to chill after a full onnight at the full moon party. The rooms are nicely decorated but nothingover the top, perfect when your head is all over the place. The poolseemed nice (I had blown my eardrum and could not swim) and a good placefor a few pre drinks with a dj playing a good set. Was one of the betterset ups I had seen.And the beach on the front of the coast is almostdefinatly, the best beach on Phangan.
Review 22：With the amount of staff they have - talking like 15 at times for about 40 guests, they should be cleaning the bar more often to stop the herd of ants and bugs on it. There is no excuse when there is so many staff. "Time to lean, time to clean" was the term that comes to mind. That is the only little thing I could think of and it is literally an amazing place to stay.

Review 26：A bit far from the east coast and center (for those who want to go to the Full Moon Party), 10-15 minutes walking is fine except when you're drunk and tired ;) Also, the hotel is biult on a slope so have some stairs from the pool and beach to the reception and road.. Other than that - spectacular place to stay!
Review 27：Very friendly and qualified staff, right on the west beach and great pool besides it (although small), great pool bar (open till 22:00!), have a private car to pick you up from and to the "Haadrin Queen" boat (3 minutes drive), 10 minutes walk from Haadrin center but also have taxi cabs always infront of the hotel waiting.. and you won't hear any noise or music because of that.. great for just staying on the beach or pool with a good coctail or beer.

Review 44：The rooms are extremely basic. It's understood that this is the design concept of the clean cut modern minimalistic hotel but it still does not justify such a basic room. This is a real miss and the minimalistic room thing doesn't make the hotel feel modern at all. It just makes it feel like they didn't want to spend the money to finish up designing the rooms. No chair or table in the room. Zero design. Just a gray cube with a bed. The shower was also terrible (all rooms had a terrible shower) which was not to be expected from a nice modern hotel like this.
Review 45：The pool is amazing. This is the highlight of the hotel and the reason to come. Excellent bar with great cocktails and good food. They also have a deal that if you like them on Facebook you receive a discount (if I remember correctly it's 15% off). The staff is great and very friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you are having a good time and that everything is taken care of. My friend proposed at the hotel beach and they set the whole thing up for him (free of charge). The free daily yoga lessons was an excellent addition to the hotel experience too.
Review 46：The food at the restaurant is very bad. However there are better restaurants nearby. I regret that no shuttle was available to pick us up at the pier when we arrived.
Review 47：The location is great, and the resort is very good looking. The area is very calm, yet very close to the party beach of Haad Rin. There are many free activities such as canoe and yoga courses. In addition, a private free shuttle droped us a the pier when we left. The employees of the reception where very professional and welcoming.

Review 49：We had to order a taxi to the other side of koh phangan, the staff told me one price for a closed van, after putting my baggage on a tuk tuk they gave me a better price. It was too late after talking to me with disrespect. The room had ants all over the place. Prices in the bar are expensive as hell(for haad rin)

Great architectural design, good location and convenient all time taxi access right in front of the hotel, food was nice and stuff were super polite and well behaved.

The hotel is new, the pool is amazing!!!! The bar is perfect and the shakes are spectacular. WE stayed a whole week and we might come back next week as well. The facilities of the hotel are great .they have a gym that is rrally convenient to use. Breakfast is really good and we enjoyed each minute of our stay. The hotel also has a Kayak free rental so it was cool using it as well

Review 75：The only bad thing to say is that we didn't get to see much of the island because all we wanted to do was stay in the resort! Also, something minor, the pool floor & walls were a bit slippery, looked like algae (?) the pool water gave my swimsuit a yellow tinge - the guide said the pool used alternate chemicals as opposed to chlorine, unsure if this is what the yellow tinge is attributed to. Not a big deal, still loved spending every spare minute in the pool.

Beautiful picturesque beachside setting - constant cringeworthy selfies & photoshoots by resort guests embracing this. Review 87：Reception was informed the previous night that our intended checkout was 1100 which is an hour earlier then the check out time. At 1102 reception calls to ask if we needed help with our bags,we said no need we are almost out the door. 1104 the lady calls again and says in a rude manner you have 2 minutes to leave the room. At 1105 with our backpacks on we hear the key turn at our door and a male staff member enters our room without knocking or greeting to say who he was. He invites himself into our room without acknowledging the guests it seems he was more interested in checking the bar to see what items were used. So this shows a lack of privacy and you have no idea who can enter your room unbenounced without your consent. This is not a 4 star hotel, more like 3. I would not recommend this hotel, you are better off going somewhere else and spending your hard earned money on better service! The manager is very hardworking but I think some of your staff require more training in hospitality etiquette. TV and wifi cut out constantly. Pool mouldy and needed a good scrubbing!

Review 115：Although the location is great, it's about 10 minutes walk from the hadrin village and it's not really comfortable. The breakfast isn't something special, but i guess all the Thai hotels offer the same. Pay attention to thw kind of room you get. A room with a terrace doesn't mean it has an ocean view (as shown in the pictures). In overall, a great value for the money, the disadvantages aren't such a big deal.
Review 116：The hotel is very elegant and has a modern design. Staff is very helpfull. For exaplw, they helped us with Bangkok Airways company, carried our luggage without even asking and even giving us an umbrella on our way out to the hotel's car! They picked us up from the pier (for free) and even had my name on the sign as a VIP guest! The location is great, just right in the beach. If you would like, they have free kayaks for you.

Wi-Fi: Most of the times it was working well, but we had some disconnections that inturupt us. 3. Housekeeping: The floor one time stayed dusty and sandy after the housekeeping. Great view and by the beach. You can order shakes from the bar that by the pool and drink it while you're inside... 3. Location: It's in the quiet side of Haad Rin. It takes 3-4 minutes to get the other side of Haad Rin by taxi, and about 10-15 minutes by walking. To the half moon parties it's about 15 minutes with taxi. 4. Gym: Not great but adequate. 5. Food: Nice breakfast and good restaurant. Great for days you don't feel like leaving the hotel. 6. Atmosphere: There's a unique cosy and warm atmosphere we didn't felt in any other hotel.

Review 120：This is by far the best choice for a young Honey-Mooners hotel in Koh-phangan. * The location on the beach is supreme * The bar in the pool was totally in place * the view & vibes of the place were just breath taking. - don't forget to bring your GoPro3. You'll need it. * the staff was great and in particular Seb from hotel PR. He really made our stay unforgetable. Highly recommended!

Review 123：the room we had was right opposite reception and had no privacy as the whole of reception could see through or we would have to keep closing the curtains which was not ideal either . We asked to move and was not able too. Also the shower is lovely but although it sounds petty it would literally flood the bathroom floor everytime leaving everything damp .
Review 124：I liked the quiet beach and the pool area was lovely. The hotel was very modern and clean and a good location as you are a 10 min walk into the nightlife so didn't get disturbed by noise at night .
