Review 7：It was a bit annoying that our room dindt have a sink. The dishes comes twice, so if we want to eat something after breakfast, we had dirty dishes and no sink. you can of course ask for new ones, but some more dishes or a sink would be nice.
Review 8：The location was perfect! Just a five minute walk with lots of nice houses and flowers into the cute little town at the beach. Never seen such a lovely little city! We have done a dolfon safari which was amazing, so there is lots of stuff to do. we also liked the big room and bath as well as the barbeque and the pool, which every guest could use. Its nice to hang out there. We were welcomed very warm-hearted and everything was fine.

Review 11：We were made welcome. Full consideration given to our needs. The unit had been refurbished to a very high standard. Our two children and their families joined us and raved about the facilities (especially the pool) provided. The motel was an easy walk to town. We had an excellent weekend as a wider family not the least because of the highly satisfactory accommodation.

Review 23：The hosts's were very helpful to the point where our washing was done and dried and was in our room waiting when we returned from our day out.
Review 24：Management had been told about an important local Maori anniversary (Russell Flagpole) but did not advise us of this event which was extremely disappointing not only to us but to the Maori tribe concerned.

Review 26：The swimming pool area is well set up with loungers and a BBQ area. Great to come home to on a hot day. The Manager, Diane is extremely helpful and goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly for you.

Review 33：Really hard to beat this! A little village of mini houses within minutes of flat walking to Russell. Spacious. Well equipped. Comfortable. Excellent for extended groups for weddings -as ours was. Staff are simply the best. Pool/bbq area great.

Review 50：we went russell for the first time , while booking the motel we mentioned that we are going to check in late, as we were coming from cape reinga..... when we entered the premises the lady came with a smiley face and everything was ready i just need to sign... everythng was quick as she realised that we are really tired she came with us to the room and done everything like close the windows, switch on the heater etc... the room was so clean impressed!!! after that she gave us a breakfast pack from which my husband was really impressed...the next day we booked a cruise ..eventhough we checked out she told that we can park the car in her property that was really nice of her. Excellent experience
