Review 1：The rooms were so comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff were really friendly, a lovely lounge area outside to just sit and relax. Breakfast was included which was nice, but the food was just average.

Review 11：Pretty much everything. Friendly staff, excellent restaurant, two swimming pools. I see some people are complaining for Wifi Internet. But my was good - about 3 Mb/sec.

Review 12：The only thing i didn't like was the noise of birds in the courtyard at 5.30am onwards … it was constant and REALLY loud and annoying , difficult to get back to sleep!

Review 13：My room was very comfortable, clean, nice bathroom. the hotel grounds are lovely, 2 pools, comfy outdoor seating. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and the location is great away from the noise of the city but just 5 minutes walk to the main plaza.

Review 29：Comfortable, individually and tastefully decorated rooms. Nice outdoor lounging area with comfortable sofas. Attentive staff. Small but nice pool. Our room was on the second floor, and it was nice to have a varanda with tables just outside our door, overlooking the courtyard and pool. We were able to put our son to sleep and relax just outside with a bottle of wine.

Review 30：They didn't to respect our booking's reservation so we have to speak for almost 2 hours with the administrator for him to let us stay with the same rate offered at the site; and today (2 days after we did the check-out) they called to request an extra $50.00 USD payment for a service that they forgot to include in the bill.

There is a lot of lounges and a third floor open terrace with a view of the city. We watched the New Year fireworks from there. The staff was helpful and efficient beyond our expectations.
