Review 1：Nothing, although I should mention that they are upgrading some of their rooms at present (08/12/15)so there is a bit of work going on. This didn't bother us but for light sleepers it might be an issue.
Review 2：Great location, right on Haad Rin beach. If you're a party goer, this is great, if you're not then I wouldn't recommend going here during the party periods.
Review 3：They're currently building a new block of hotel rooms next to the current one, so the sound of drilling and sawing wasn't too welcome at 10am but wouldn't put me off staying here and the work looks nearly finished so won't be an issue for much longer

Review 26：From the moment we arrived staff were friendly and attentive. We had some great food from the restaurant or there are other nice places along the beach front just a few steps away. The pool is wonderful! Although we were up the hill, you only walk back and forth from your room once or twice a day so it really isn't bad. And the view from our balcony was incredible. Comfy beds and great AC!

Review 29：The room need to do maintenance such as shower, no hanging to put the shower. The door to balcony need to be fixed this concerned to safety standard. We cant properly lock the door.
Review 30：I like the space of the room, balcony and specious for 2 persons. Room is cleaned but the bed and towel is so so. Charm location for those who love party during the fullmoon, But no noise disturbing in the normal day.located in walking distance to every where in Haad rin. The swimming pool has over 25 metre length, good for swimming. wifi is not provided to my bungalow but acceptable for the price what we paid. However free wifi is available at the pool and restaurants. Check in process was quick n easy with thai staff. She has service mind and helpful. We are thais tourist, recommended this resort.
Review 31：We reserved our booking through Booking.com, and when we arrived, wewere told our reservation did not go through. We waited an hour before aroom was available and when we finally dropped off our bags, the roomwas dirty with old towels and an unmade bed! The staff also do not speakEnglish, so it was extremely difficult to communicate.

Review 36：The rooms are basic however this is understandable considering it is primarily for the Full Moon Party. We did not stay during a Full or Half Moon party so this was the only negative. However an excellent price because it is not their peak booking time.

Review 40：We stayed here to go to the full moon party. Little did we know it was literally in our backyard. Made our evening wonderfully easy. Staff were helpful and nice. Their restaurant and food is good value for money and extremely clean kitchen. Close to everything you need, travel agents, money exchange, shops etc. Rooms were good for hostel style albeit my first experience with hostels with balcony and hot water. Will cost around 100 bhat to taxi it down from the ferry.
Review 41：Can't even get wifi from the rooms. Kind of a pain having to walk up a hill to get to your room and no fridge or television in the room unless you paid extra.

Review 47：We had also a bungalow with garden view for one night. We do not recommend those bungalows for anyone. Wifi doesn't work there at all and the rooms were not comfortable and there was a strong smell.
Review 48：We had a superior room for three with sea view which was really nice and clean and the balcony was also really enjoyable. Wifi worked well also in these rooms. Staff was helpful and friendly and the pool was really nice and clean. Location is great also.
Review 49：This was the most expensive accommodation I ever had in Thailand. The room was never cleaned for the four days (5 nights) I was in there. This was especially unpleasant because the bin needed to use for the used toilette paper was overcrowded and the free water was not replaced. In cheaper accommodations I had so far there was an every day room service with cleaning, replacing the towels, refilling the water and even replacing the bed linen. The air condition made a lot of noise. They told me they are going to fix it but did not in the time I was there.

Right on the beach so easy to run back to use the toilet as needed yet the bungalow we stayed in was set back a little from the beach so although we could hear background music but nothing that would disturb sleep. Staff were excellent. The day after full moon we asked for an Internet cafe to print out our boarding passes/ferry tickets etc and the lady just printed them out for us for free. While she was doing this she asked us if we had lost a phone (Samsung smartphone) as someone had handed it in and she wanted to get it back to the owner. I found her honesty so refreshing...esp after hearing such horrible stories about thieves/scams in hotels. Rooms were very spacious, clean but basic.
Review 57：The only thing we did not like was how noisy and kind of rude the cleaners were! The first time they came knocking on the door it sounded like a police officer - they knocked so loud, I'm pretty sure they dented the door! And if you are in the shower or something and they knock, they will knock for 15 minutes straight until you answer!!!

Review 64：The bungalow itself was very clean and had adequate facilities for our stay. It's location was perfect when going out at night especially for full Moon, I would recommend this hotel to young people as the common area where food was served durning the day was brilliant for pre drinks as all of our friends could be together. The saff were also extremely polite and there was no request a problem, everything was competed promptly.
Review 65：The staff were friendly and helpful, they let us check in early straight off the night boat which was much appreciated! We stayed for full moon and the location couldn't have been better for us, right on the beach meaning we didn't have to pay in and we could use the toilet in our own bungalow if queues were too long. More expensive than anywhere else we stayed in Thailand but worth it considering how nice and handy it was for full moon

Review 112：location is at the very end haad rin beach (which is actually fairly small) so its very quiet at this end, the nightlife is all very close too. the bungalow was really spacious and the air con worked brilliantly! the pool was also lovely! on route to koh phangan from krabi my bag was broken into and all my money was stolen, I didn't realise until I had to pay at check in, the staff were very accommodating and helpful when it came to the tourist police. really enjoyed our stay here!!!

Review 114：This is great if you want to be in amongst the action (All the time) for the full moon and beach parties. Actually on the Haad rin beach you can go too and from the action easily. Room was clean and facilities ok although pool was extremely dated.

Review 127：Our room was not as described in the pictures. We paid more than manyother travelers who were in luxurious rooms in comparison to ours. Wealso had to pay for ten nights minimum when others did not. Our room wasless than satisfactory. The staff did not clean the room once during ourstay, even after we asked for some garbage bags to clean it ourselves.By the end of be week we had a pile of rubbish in the corner. There wasno secure door and we instead had two glass doors locked with a padlock.It couldn't be locked from the inside which was a safety concern fortwo young girls as the door could easily be pushed open from theoutside. The bathroom was constantly flooded due to leaking taps whichwas eventually fixed by the staff. There was no drain in the bathroomand we instead had a hole that drained outside.. This resulted in agiant lizard inside our room and a frog in my suitcase. We complained tostaff who promised us they would move our rooms, however both times hadlied as there were no rooms actually available. They eventually gave ussome money back (we still ended up paying far more than many others).Overall I think we ended up with the worst room possible in the hotel. Our friends were in a lovely room and had room service everyday so I'm sure if we had received one of these rooms our experience would have been more positive.

Review 129：We booked two bungalows and the shower did not work in one of the bungalows for the whole stay and the shower in other bungalow did not work after the 3rd day (we were staying for 5 days). We advised the staff of this but got no offer of help.
Review 130：We checked in and got taken to our villa to find out it was dirty, smelly, unsafe with fly larvee on the bathroom window and the toilet was brown and the smell of water coming out the taps and drain was unbearable!! It was so discusting I don't think we would have slept that night so checked out within an hour!! Was so glad to leave and would never recommend this to anyone!!
