Review 1：No spare single bed in couch/configuration. Bar was incorrectly stocked, and then on checkout, was 'let off' for a beverage that wasn't in the bar to begin with. Only given an extra small towel instead of extra that were requested for small children. Overpriced for what you get.

Review 19：Poor attitude of reception and lame response when I queried why our two rooms were those designed for people requiring special access - ie bathrooms. As a consequence we did not use the restaurant for Dinner or Breakfast.

Review 20：At 1am we had to get up to tell people to be quiet because they were outside laughing and carrying on, only to find the owner in the middle of all the noise with no consideration for his other guests. We booked for breakfast when we booked the room only to be advised on check in that it didn't start until 8am. After I advised the check in staff we had to be gone before then, she didn't seem to care and didn't even offer any assistance. We had to make a dash to the supermarket to get food to eat.

Review 21：The layout of the room was fabulous and the beds were very comfortable!

Review 22：Amazingly warm in the depth of winter, even without having to use the in-room heater very much. Staff very responsive to requests for help. Daily cleaning, even on weekends a big plus.

Review 23：Bathroom cleaning only 90%. Main basin outlet not clean, dirty around metal outlet. The shower had small areas of mould in several places ie 90% clean.

Review 27：Restaurant dinner was pricey - $170 for Two courses (main and dessert) and one round drinks for 2 adults 2 children eating kids meals. However the food was fantastic and we didn't mind paying so much for a beautiful meal! Yum!!! It was a great surprise. Family room size was good with TVs in both rooms. It was also great to have ground floor access to the room. There are lots of trucks that use the highway. We initially thought facing out to the highway would be a noise issue but it was fine. We slept without being woken by traffic noise.

The receptionists clothes were filthy when we checked in, this was quite weird and didn't give a good impression. Light globe not working in one of lamps and we were missing a towel. These small things can make a difference to your stay when you are tired. Simple things should be done well I believe.

Review 51：The staff were fabulous. My daughter was leaving early in the morning for a shift at 7am. The chef made her a delicious sandwich for next day's lunch and provided a bowl for her cereal the next morning so she started her day with a good breakfast. The dinner at the hotel was excellent cannot fault the food or the service.

Review 68：Clean facilty but was shocked to hear the staff being partly rude. We booked thru booking . Com and all taxes included gave amex at time of booking. The staff said we charge extra on amex and i said why werent this conveyed thru booking.com. They said we dont kno but we are telling u now. When i said its their eesponsibility, they said nope and still chatged me extra. Very ordinary as the question was not only 6 dollars but the non disclosure part. Location was fine.

Breakfast - no ready assistance from staff, no cups had to ask, other guests asking me where I got cups from. No effort from staff to re stock or help guests. The two girls need training if they are to work in a four star facility.

It was very nice, modern and clean which was a nice surprise. The staff was very friendly as was our experience in southern Australia in general. However less personal than in most other places, which for most people would not be an issue anyway.
