Review 2：We loved the set up of the room the spa pool was awesome and they helped us find somewhere else when they were booked out very friendly and helpfull

Review 3：Lovely friendly staff the moment we checked in. Very clean room and well maintained grounds. Beautiful spa bath and great to have a motel with a decent sky tv package including movies! We just went for a weekend away to do nothing much but relax. We had our 2 month old with us and he was pretty happy there too ;)

Review 14：I loved everything about the place. The staff were lovely, and the room was fabulous and very comfortable. We had a one bedroom with a spa. The spa outside was undercover, and was very private. The bed was beautiful to sleep on. Was not too hard or soft, and was just right. We were booked in for two nights, but evnded up coming back to book in for another night. Found it very hard to leave. The owners were very fiendly, and extremely helpful. I have not stopped talking about the place since getting home. Thank you for a very enjoyable 3 nights accomodation in Whakatane.

Review 16：I had booked the rooms online and thought I had paid for 4 adults and two children however when we arrived at the motel we had to pay for the two children, I was annoyed about that because we thought all our expenses had been covered.... could have been given more milk and towels seeing as we had paid for more people staying

Review 17：Noisy neighbors in the other units too close by .they were told by the owners to quieten down twice but overall it didn't help and unfortunetly our unit was in the centre of the various families .we would of shifted if realized this was going to happen.

Review 18：Noisy guests in a block booking kept awake until 2.30 am !! Owners of motel had tried to stop the noise at 11.30 pm but they the guests continued off and on until 2.30 when loud banging of car doors and diesel engine and a mother telling a child to be quiet !! ? after they left the motel .

Review 23：My partner and I wanted a getaway close to ohope and also close to central town. We really enjoyed our stay at Livingston motel. Was an affordable price for a room with a spa. The cleaners are also friendly. Highly recommend this to any person/couple/family.

Review 27：Room was quite large, comfortable and clean. It was conveniently close to the town as long as you had a car. We only stayed there to do the White Island trip. We left a iPad charger behind when we left and were very grateful when the management rang us to tell us while we were still in the town having breakfast.

Review 36：I Think they must have had relieving managers on, when I finally got round to clearing e-mails I couldn't join Wi-Fi I rang the office and was told to come and get a voucher, usually asked if you want Wi-Fi when you check in. I also told the manager I was having trouble with the heater and was asked if I wanted him to come and have a look at it, I declined. I would expect they would come and look just to check it out anyway, it was a cold night. Breakfast was not up to its usual high standard.

Review 103：We had a great stay, comfortable, clean and very roomy. As there for a funeral other family stayed in another unit and we added a couple along the way to ours. Nothing was a problem. The cleaning lady who serviced our room was just a delight! The hot tub was the icing on the cake every night!
