Review 1：We were refused access to the gym and spa. Despite the advert and photosof people using the gym, you will not be allowed to use the gym or spaon this site. These facilities are for owners only! The company is awareof this and still continues to advertise it and refuses to take anyresponsibility or offer any refund.Also, Bodrum Adabuku Flamingo Residence DOES NOT EXIST. The apartment in the photo is in the Turquoise site and the actual apartment is in Flamingo Country Club. Many of the photos are of features not in the same site as the apartment being offered.We arrived around 8pm in a taxi from the airport. The driver had to guess we were staying at Flamingo because of the misleading photos in my confirmation email. The site security had not been informed that we were arriving and we had to wait half an hour with the taxi meter running whilst the local agent was located. When someone finally turned up we were given a list of rules 3 pages long.The apartment is poorly equipped: There is no can opener, no bottle opener, no kitchen towels or oven gloves, no knife sharpener, no bake-ware, no tablecloth or place-mats, no coasters, no Tupperware, no toaster, only one socket outlet the for kettle and microwave, cutlery doesn't match, no remote for the DVD, no bathmats, no bathroom mats. The bath towels are small, thin and stained. The photo shows a nice balcony but ours had a broken plastic table. The photo shows apartments in different site with an open vista; we had a view of the neighbour's washing hanging on the balcony around 12 meters in front of us.There is no generator on the site but no flash-light, candles or matches are provided for power cuts. There is a cheap and ugly cover on the sofa covering up holes in the upholstery.The front door is very difficult to open, the balcony door is very difficult to close and the main bedroom door will not close at all.

Review 2：This is not really a resort but part of a very big development of privately owned apartments rented through an agency. This means they vary in quality. It was confusing on arrival as no reception and we had to go to security to find out we needed to collect keys from the agency office just outside the development. We also had to pay 100 euro breakage deposit which we had not been told about. We booked and paid for a 2 bed apartment but they allocated us a 1 bed. We got this changed but meant little choice in apartment and one we had to have poorly furnished and equipped. For example bedroom air con broken (although they did fix next day), toaster, DVD player and iron broken, no corkscrew, bottle opener or wine glasses, only two tiny cups although apartment for 4, only only one saucepan, only seating for 2 and the list goes on. Because this is not a resort as such no beach/pool towels or equipment to hire if you want to play tennis or use the mini golf course. Majority of sun loungers don't have cushions so just uncomfortable hard plastic. Location ok if fully self catering as supermarket in walking distance. Two cafes also close but nearest restaurants 3 miles away.

Review 3：Development has lots of pools to choose from and as so large never feels crowded. It is also nice and quiet. Apartments all have balconies and most have good views of the lake and or sea. On site gym, massage and snack bar.
