Review 1：staff so unhelpful and a bit mean, I wanted an extra key to leave AC on to get room cold, they refused, furniture of room so old, they have not reinvested in any part of the hotel for a while lots of mosquitos, wifi does not work properly I have to incur 4G expense to go on to internet beach is one of the worst for swimming in Panghan, got waves and high tides pool looks like one of a motel in Texas

Review 8：The stuff were amanzingly friendly, good location and the rooms were clean. Just take care if your are looking for a quiet place. The hotel is just next to the beach where the Full Moon Party take place. Ask the reception if you want to rent a bike. They now some reliable people (they bring me the bike in the hotel).

Review 9：Still way better than hostel standards, but the rooms are obviously very basic and old and so are the towels and linen. Our towels were so stained we went out and bought some of our own so we didn't have to use them. But in all, we were happy with our air conditioned room. How much you enjoy your stay depends on your expectations, we had pretty low standards from the start so we were satisfied with our stay, but definitely won't suit families or anyone looking for a luxurious stay. We had our beds and air conditioner with a hot shower and wifi so we were happy, definitely one of the best properties on the island for full moon party goers.

Review 10：Was in a great location, right on the beach where the Full Moon party is held, and heaps of 7marts to buy snacks and alcohol along the road. Also connected to their Sunrise Beach Bar which is one of the main attractions for Full Moon Party. The pool has a bar which I wasn't expecting for such a basic hotel. There is also the restaurant on the street which holds buffet breakfast if you had it included in your room rate. The wifi had no problems and surprisingly better than some of our 4star previous hotels on other islands! The staff were friendly, you need to give a 1000baht deposit for your room key which you get back at the end of your stay if you don't mess up the room, we had no problems getting it back. You definitely need to prebook as early as you can because it's so popular and there aren't many hotels to this standard on the Full Moon beach, we were lucky enough to get an air con room before they sold out, some that arrived on the day weren't so lucky and the only options left around Full Moon party are little dorm rooms with bunk beds and a separate locker which you had to even buy your own lock.

Review 11：The Air Conditioning wasn't working and the fan was also not working. The staff kept saying we will try but nothing happend. We checked out on the 3rd day(without staying for the night) even though we had paid in full for the 3 nights. we went to a different hotel for the 3rd night.

Review 12：Resort was very quiet ewspecially as not Full Moon Party time, and some restaurants and shops had closed for season it appeared.

Review 13：Apartment was clean & tidy. No view at all, just a fence to look at. Right on the beach with nice pool. Super fine white sand & very safe for swimming.

Review 14：Firstly, the hotel had no record of our booking despite us having the email from booking.com. Although, they sorted this in a timely manner. Secondly, the hotel receptionist Mo gave keys to one of our rooms to a randomer who was not staying in our hotel. This was an absolute disgrace and no apology was offered. Only that we were in the room beside and heard the keys open the door, all our stuff could have been stolen. The hotel refused to show us the cctv cameras the next day. For this reason, i would not recommend the hotel.

Review 15：The location is great and was ideal for the half moon festivities. The pool and surrounding areas are lovely and look out over the beech. We found it very good value and the rooms were very big and spacious.

We couldn't get off the island after Full Moon and got stuck there an extra night, so we decided for a different place so we could have a better bed (and better nights sleep). - It all felt really unclean; there was mould in the bathroom and the blankets appeared to be heavily used/dirty. - If you want a little bit of comfort, I would not stay here. However, if you don't mind and you want to be IN the party, then this is the perfect place. - Whilst there were a few friendly staff, I would say most were very indifferent.

Review 41：- Atmosphere fully geared right up until the Full Moon Party, with music playing all the time and all through the night. - Perfect location for the Full Moon, you are sitting a stones throw away from the beach and can literally crawl home if you so choose. - Balcony overlooking the pool, during that season everybody is out on their balcony and it can become pretty communal. - Some staff were friendly. - Extended room service times, good for those days you want a sleep in. - They had a pool (nice luxury for Phangan in this area, most stars in this rating didn't have one).

They attemptedto con us into giving €600 for a 2 person room with an extra bed twiceafter we'd already paid by transfering money into their account -asasked to do in an email they sent me, which I did. Only to find when wearrived they told us to pay again and that they'd never recieved themoney. Even after being horribly rude to us and me eventually prooving Ihad paid by showing a bank recipt they never gave an apology and threwus into a basic room despite having paid €600 for a ''delux'room. I wouldn't ever stay here again and would strongly adviseanyone else to avoide it. You will only be treated appallingly andripped off at any available moment.

After talkingboth to you and manager of the hotel about the misinformation ,neitherwould agree to cancel my reservation and therefor this booking was acomplete fraud and I will never use or recommend to anyone to use yourservice ever again.
