Review 2：New Hotel, Clean room, friendly staffs This is my second time to stay in big orange hotel. Clean room is the most priority in my choice of budget hotel even the room is quite small. The hotel is clean, friendly staffs, simple breakfast likes nasi lemak & roti bakar, free wi-fi, & free-flow of coffee & tea all the days. Highly recommended to stay with the budget price comes with the clean room & simple breakfast.

Review 8：Clean room. Practical. Security guard to take care of cars due to the new commercial area. Water readily available in the corridor. Simple packed nasi lemak and bread for bf. Very friendly staff. 10 mins to town and market.

Review 9：Location is a little bit far away from town or shopping mall but if you have car it should be not problem. Room without window bec we were late check up, the room no soundproof mean we can heard the phone from lobby RING RING RING RING RING at midnight and somebody open or close the door sound.

Review 10：The price, room and bathroom are clean, staffs are helpful. Breakfast very simple (nasi Lemak, oak, toaster, some local cookies, coffee and tea) but enough for us. Wifi is good.

Review 17：We requested for the iron over at the front desk, and had to carry it together with the ironing board ourselves up the stairs. Having some sort in-house telephone or intercom to ease guests to communicate with the front desk when necessary

Review 19：They have mixed up our bookings ended up the booking of 3 rooms with only 1 room. They have admitted that they have overlooked our booking but instead of offering us a room, we have to pay the extra for a bigger room as the room we have booked is all taken. After much persuasion, they settled with our demand of rooms with the same price we booked.

Review 20：There's no lift for the upper floors and this was not highlighted in booking.com.I was with my parents who are in the 70s and they had to climb up the stairs with heavy luggages. Luckily their room at the 1st floor. I brought two small children with me but luckily we got to stay at ground floor.

Review 21：Apart from the location (I blamed Waze for confusing me) all about this hotel were above my expectation. The wifi speed excellent! The bed cozy, room clean, interior is welcoming, shower not so bad..though room not that big but hey, its budget hotel! Lower your expectation, cuz when ur there u will be enjoyin every bit of time you've spend there..breakfast ok, with 24 hours available tea and coffee at cafe..oh, not to forget they have provide pcs on the loby@cafe..
