Review 1：The reception staff were very difficult to communicate with. It felt like we were asking them to move mountains when we called from our room with just a general question. Checking in was also a bit frustrating and staff were even hostile in their manner of handling our documents and demanding we pay up front - which is not the standard policy in the country.
Review 2：The location was good and our room was clean. We were given complimentary wine to excuse for the loud construction work which was going on, and about which we were warned by one of the hotel's managers.
Review 3：Bathroom is not made for tall or heavy people. The tub is made of plastic which gives impression it will crack every moment under the weight.

Review 5：Introducing better quality breakfasts would be very beneficial for the hotel. What really surprised me that the coffee machine was fed with The staff is generally nice but sometimes indifferent and once you are in need of help, that can really disappoint you. The hotel has a huge restaurant at top floor with nice city panorama. Once it was closed because of a wedding or something. It would be better to advertise it as "optional".
Review 6：Location, nice view. Very spacious rooms for really good price. Close to a big park and subway station. You definetly have to try dining in the restaurant at the top of the hotel. I would recommend trying to stay there, it can be interesting experience.
Review 7：Bathroom is dangerous. With no seal around bath, when showering, water pours down walls, under bath and floods the floor. There is no rail to help you get out of the bath/shower and I was terrified of slipping. Also the noise from the wedding on 19th floor on Saturday night went til after2am. Made for a bad night's sleep

Also, she were not able to use 2 of my credit cards and had to use debit card to pay. It took long time to register us as she had to enter manually our information. The first stay there, on September 4th we had receptionist who served us quickly - automatically entered our information by swiping our ID cards and had no problem to pay with my credit card. I think allpeople that work in the front should be more welcoming towardscustomers.There was an earthquake in Greece (6,2R) and people used the stairs till the second floor. Then all doors were locked and they had to get the elevator to the ground which I think is a serious violation of safety measures.
