Review 1：It's not 4 stars. There's no real sea view. The whole surroundings looks like an industrial zone. Not worth the money. Looks and feels cheap. My advice would be to go to De Haan or to rent a bungalow near Nieuwvliet.

Review 3：Not a 4*. Room for 2 people had only one chair, no tea&coffee making facilities, no fridge. One bathroom towel had hair on it. Swimming pool is poorly lit and small; pool tables & bowling do not have special rates for guests.

Review 7：The premises are not worth of 4 stars, but 3 at maximum, as they are quite basic. Wifi only works nearby the reception. No chairs on balcony.

Review 10：If you have a dog, this hotel is a perfect choice. Also great breakfast and very clean rooms. I was there during winter time, so there was no noise from other rooms or the streets.

Review 11：There was no fridge in room. There was no kettle and drinks tray. No safe. Everything to do with the hotel, rooms, dining, etc, etc, were translated in local dialect or German. Steep stairs to first floor, I have disabilities, which I was not expecting. People walk their dogs on beach, I didn't see much, pooper scooping going on, we didn't venture into the sand dunes....

Review 12：Lovely breakfast spread, they had the usual continental breakfast, but the also had a small cooked area. English like their cooked breakfast. The hotel was a stones throw from a lovely area of beach, we spent hours down there, as the weather was perfect.... late October. The staff were great, their English was better than my local language. There was a bike hiring shop not far from the hotel, which had a large array of bikes for everyone...

Review 13：A bit expensive for what it is: a very Ok room but "the view on the see" what extremely limited (but still influenced the price). We did not understand what would justify the price which is a bit high for this type of hotel.

Review 34：The hotel was stuffy and not breething any hospitality. Very stobborn people, who shold not run a hotel. Ventilation was poor: I could smell the fat fries late in the evening in the floor leading to our room. The reception: making you pay more and more: first of all telling me that a need a bigger room, because an extra bed will not fit in the room I booked (this was not stated on the website). The way they told me that I MUST do it differently, raised my hair Then they gave me one price, but when I had to pay, they gave me an even higher price, claiming it could not be different, because no other prices where shown on their price list.I expect a hotel to be more creative in their solutions (e.g. free upgrade, partial raise of expenses, offering other extra's), and not making the guest pay for their mistakes, especially if it is not fully booked, being low season!
