Review 1：The kitchen was lacking a microwave.

Review 2：Fabiano was very helpful and gave us useful tips and information. The apartment was in a great location for exploring Venice, five minutes walk from the Grand Canal and the main train station.

Review 4：The hosts were very friendly and gave us very good tips on were to eat, we were 12 minutes walk with luggage from the train station, the area was quiet and we felt safe there. we only gave 2 hours notice but they came and cleaned the unit while we had dinner.

Review 5：The walking distance to San Marco place is quite considerable (45 min). By (bus) boot you will have to take into account a long waiting time when there are many visitors as boots fill up. Wifi is a bit slow.

Review 6：The size of the appartement and the kitchen. Typical Venetian house in a local quarter. Helpful owner.

Review 7：no windows, only roof lights, poor electric lighting, need more brighter lamps,. No hairdrier or toileties. We had dificulty getting the heating on. We arrived late October. Very few English programmes on satelite.

Review 10：An apartment which is not in the center (therefore quiet and calm), yet really close to main transport routes. Situated in a neat apartment block, Lagoon is cozy and well-furbished. A great option for a romantic vacation.

Review 11：Pillows insufficient in number and really old. Towels insufficient and smelling musty - had to wash before use! Some crockery broken or cracked.

Review 15：The only pans in the kitchen are teflon and are badly scratched. We had no option but to use them or starve! hope we dont get cancer.

Review 16：Plenty of space in the apartment, with laundry and second bathroom. Location was excellent for quick access to the railway and bus station (dragging bags through Venice is no joke). NOTE: Google maps is unable to locate the appartment and you will get lost - Fabiano will email you a great hand drawn map if you ask!!

Review 17：Check-out is a little soon 10am, however I can understand they do it to make the apartment very clean before new guests arrive.

Review 18：I liked most of things. It has lot of space and the facilities are really good. The localization is close to the train station/ bus square. Some markets are walking distance from the apartment, which is very convenient.

Review 19：Some of the Kitchen equipment ( extraction fan and canopy light faulty)and remote controlled blinds require maintenance( Bedroom blind did not operate properly. Washingmachine instructins appear to be for a different model?

Review 21：Not as central as we would have liked and not a comfortable place to relax. Okay for basic sleeping etc. probably best for a family (there are lots of beds) or several couples sharing. We were not happy to find out once there that we needed to pay in cash. Advance notice would have been better.

Review 25：There were broken items that to me should be fixed. The door Handle came off in my hand when closing door, still worked but missing screw. Light switch to upstairs broken and pushed in. TV was not used as seemed to be frozen on tuning channels. things I listed at checkout. Previous guests had put dishes away wet and needed re washing before use.

Review 26：The apartment was easy to find in secure apartment block. Contact with owner and acquiring key straightforward. Large split level apartment. Great shower. Interesting walk to centre and attractions. Walking is a must in Venice. Vaporetto stop 250 metres at most. Wifi excellent.

Review 27：Upstairs shower unuseable as pressure too low for temperature to be adjusted. However downstairs shower fine, just don't rely on the fact there are two bathrooms. Owner tried to help but obviously cannot install a new system over night!

Review 29：I was travelling with 2 kids so it was far away from saint mark square aprox. 45 minutes walk while u have to cross lot of bridges. Our check in was made by Fabiano's wife I think she should b more kind.

Review 30：Each n every thing was good. Very quite n good to sleep. Check in was made quickly. They made my check in at 10 almost 2 hours b4 there scheduled, that was a great favour for me. Fabiano's father was wating for me at the marco polo airport.
