Review 1：This hotel is really lovely, right at the salt mines, we stayed here on our first night in Krakow and it was a brilliant choice, such an easy place to arrive to late at night (unlike Old town in Krakow). The staff were super friendly, breakfast was good. We had a luxury 2 room suite, very good value for money, comfortable bed, excellent sleep, chocolates on the pillow etc.

Review 6：The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The quaint surroundings made the stay very pleasant. This hotel was silent, and I'm sure we weren't the only guests there. Bathrooms were well stocked and very clean. Excellent wifi. Great breakfast and outstanding attitude of the people. English spoken very well.

Review 42：The hotel made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. They have a jacuzzi that we used and the staff kept stressing they wanted to help us relax. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable and beautifully decorated. I would happily stay there again. It is also, obviously, the perfect location for visiting the salt mine which is well worth it. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and they provided us with a complimentary appetizer which was very kind. The breakfast included with the stay was plentiful and had a lot of variety. If you are in the area this is a great option for a very reasonable price.

Review 50：Difficult to find at night -- we were just lucky. We were put into a top floor room which had sloping ceilings that are dangerous when getting in and out of bed. There was no horizontal surface in the bathroom on which to place toiletries.
