Review 1：The staff was not at all what we expected for a Wyndham resort. They were rude at times and I would advise paying cash for meals and activities rather than charging to the room as our charges seemed very high for our 4 nights stay. Being that it is away from the main town, we were hoping for a much better experience.

Review 2：The facilities are great, very clean and it is nice to be so close to the water. The location really is beautiful and it is very relaxing if you are looking to stay primarily at the resort.

Review 3：Furnitures and finishings worn by age and usage. Would need a general renovation of furniture (bed, cupboards, guardarobe) and finishings (bathroom/toilets, swimming pool area).

Review 7：Excellent view from the room When we arrived I told concierge that on December 31st I wanted to propose to my wife . They did beyond what I could even think of doing especially not knowing my surrounding area . They took the time to get a huge flower assortment. A homemade " love " card and balloons . In addition they set us up at the dinner area in a beautiful setting and they took the time out to create for our night . They defined the word " imagination " back in the books .

Review 8：We waited two hours to be picked up at the airport because the hotel car went around to pick up other passengers before it reached the airport. Their reason was 'heavy traffic' which was unbelievable.

Review 15：Probably my biggest criticism, apart from expecting a beach and getting an estuary/ swamp, is that the outside staff were a little intrusive and they made it difficult to really relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. For example, while swimming in the pool and lounging about in the sun the security guard, gardener and handyman all stood around close by watching and talking, just filling in time and chatting with each other. All the staff were friendly and helpful, but I know from talking to other guests that some of them also felt they were being watched and this made it hard to relax.

Review 16：The hotel is located about 20 minutes from downtown PP and this makes for a quiet, relaxing location away from the city. It does limit your food choices a bit, unless you take the free hourly shuttle (don’t forget to book!) or hire a tricycle taxi. The hotel restaurant serves a good selection of meals and they are generously sized but a little expensive and I wouldn't want to eat here for every meal. Breakfast is a free buffet and there is a good selection to choose from, plus free coffee all day.

Review 21：I asked to be dropped off on my departure at Ipil Suites. Opposite the airport. The driver dropped us off at Empire Suites. When I complained it was the wrong hotel, he did not understand english, and he drove off leaving us at the wrong place for my fiancé to travel to the airport on a separate flight. I flew to Manilla that afternoon and she to Cebu the following day. It was not a nice feeling on my way back to Australia.

Review 44：You need a bigger pool. we loved swimming but we never got into the pool cause it was so small and murky. If you guys had a nicer pool there the place would be perfect. And i saw the staff out there cleaning the pool all the time and i know it was clean. but the pool felt like it wasn't accomodating. The breakfast was so, so. Not spectacular at all. it seemed like a step down from Boracay, which wasn't the greatest breakfast either. The egg station was lacking, it felt like the guys didn't like to take orders. or they were missing in action when you wanted to order. there should be someone there all the time. its so important for breakfast. and more burners for eggs so that your not waiting there for your breakfast. For dinner, you need to train your dining staff. When you order a few dishes, they have to know when to bring it so that its a good dining experience. just don't bring everything at one time. they have to learn how to cater the meal so that each dish will complement the next one coming. just don't bring everything. Soup and salad first. Let us enjoy that. then bring the entree and ulam. don't bring me the main dish then the soup later. doesnt make sense.

Poor shuttle service: There is one shuttle that goes to a mall (20 minutes), we were left at the mall and nobody picked us up at the promised time, we didnt have a local mobile, so we had to ask around for help, found the hotel number but nobody would answer the phone!! Finally we managed to reach the hotel after being stranded for 2 hours. 3. The room interiors are old. 4. They called a tricycle for us to get to the Honda bay and asked us to pay 500 peso to the tricycle driver, which I later found out was too high!!! 5. The beach is dirty, it recedes far during daytime & brings in all the mud and dirt in the evening. Cannot swim. 6. Overpriced 7. No shops/neighbourhood within sight.

Review 61：Restaurant Staff is very slow despite the fact the restaurant is barely full for dinner/lunch. 115 Room air-conditioning is quite noisy although we prefer that noise than the lobby noise. Getting to the hotel,specially when you already turn left to enter the premises, they can patch those huge holes at least on the road.

Review 68：Unfortunately when the tide is low its a walk to knee deep water. Anything over knee deep is full with plant life on bottom not really walkable. Its almost like being on a bay, no waves no deep water but still clean and beautiful. Other resorts are hours away to 6 hrs, so far from the city life and airport. Will go to boracay after hearing about the beaches and nightlife there, The hotel could offer jet skis, or karaoke, or some music or entertainment, but best for quietness other than buses of college kids that woke up our friends.
