Review 1：Only one key was permitted for each room. This makes it difficult for people sharing a room as my partner and I did. My partner arrived before me, and was out by the time I got to the hotel, therefore had to wait in the lobby as the staff would not provide a second key....this was around midnight so I had to sleep in the lobby until my partner returned. Although the bed was quite comfortable, the pillows were too full. Each morning I woke up with a sore neck from it being too lifted. The towel rack in the bathroom was inconveniently placed IN the shower...

Review 2：Location was excellent. Room was reasonably sized.

Review 5：Our car was too large to fit into the parking garage. Fortunately there is an overflow parking just down the street. It was a japanese experience I missed out on. However, the process to pay for the parking was overly complex.

The location is good if you don't have a car. English skills were good. I was impressed that my booking.com request for an additional pillow was completed before I checked in. I didn't have to ask.
