Review 1：The bathroom looks really fancy especially the shower/bath But not all the functions worked and it was t very clean. Signs of mold on ceiling of shower and corners of the bath

Review 3：Toilet bowl wasn't properly cleaned Staff wasn't flexible with regards to late check-in, @10pm No shampoo or shower gel available - unacceptable for a 4* rated villa - we had to shower with liquid soap as we didn't bring our own No iron or ironing board either

Review 4：Modern furniture/aspect of the whole place, very spacious and really nice bath tub. The apartment was exactly as described in the photos

Review 5：Place difficult to find, nothing written on the wall of the building where the apartments are located (except of the small "Reception", not visible from the street at the night), slum quarters not far away. Arrogant, impolite personnel (except the lady who has taken care about breakfasts). No tea or coffee supplied in the room.

Review 8：We had an overnight stay only and were fully satisfyed with conditions. We were very impressed with staff(woman) that arranged our breakfast- she was very friendly and helpful. Daniel(probably the owner) has contacted us in advance - really appreciated, especially when traveling with kids. We'll defenitely use this hotel again in the future.

Review 9：It's not so easy to find the place.

Review 10：The room was spacious and had everything you needed. The garden is very nice. The breakfast was great, with room service included.

Review 11：Room was in the attic and the outside temperature was around 38-39C and we were called and we were promissed that a/c will be switch on before arrival but it was not and also had difficulties to catch up and reduce temperature to a more reasonable level. Access stair to this room not an easy one, and door could hardly open. We had no toiletries, we had to ask for, and what I really don't understand is that there were a couple of used pairs of slippers at the entrance (do they expect anybody to re-use dirty old singe use slippers!?) and we had no hot water on arrival. To be fair the hot water bit was fixed easy by one lady who said that this was because the gas was out for some hours but I didn't understand why they didn't check the room after the gas came back and why they didn't switch on the a/c like they said they will do. These are are just small details but they can be annoying, especially since some happened again when just staying for the 2nd time and I have already mentioned to the hotel Management the first time. Last an not least the mini bar is empty and if you need anything you need to go to the reception 3 floors down, when the majority of the time there is nobody....

Review 15：1. work in porgress not notified to customers allowing them to sellect other locations. scaffolding badly placed (can't even open the main door properly). 2. Missing facilities mentioned initiallly in the establishment and teh type of room description on booking.com (coffee machine, slippers, toiletries and mini bar). i said initially because now coffee machine is missing... the others still stand. 3. Not easy to locate because there is no advertisement and/or sign.

Review 19：These are hopefully comments which will enable them improve the apartments even more. As my stay was overnight, it would be appreciated if there was some tea/coffee to make that odd cup in the evening. The shower head's mounting was broken, hence had to use it as a hand shower.

Review 20：The apartment was excellently decorated and very stylish. When I first walked in, you really get the sense that the lady of the house has really put a lot into to make you feel at home. The kitchen had all the various pots, cutlery, etc. that you would expect to have. I would definitely not stay anywhere else should I find myself again in Galati. The lady and her daughter were ever so helpful in all respects, they made you feel welcomed.

Review 21：- Hard to find, recently opened so no one (including a taxi driver and our gps) knew about it, so use google maps for directions - weird shower/bathtub combination difficult to use - no elevator, so we had to carry luggage to the second floor (actually third in us/canada) - no breakfast option, only place nearby was a chinese restaurant
