Review 1：The fact that they no record of our reservation when we arrived! I don't know if this is Booking.com's fault or the hotel's fault, but losing our reservation is unacceptable. Fortunately, they had empty rooms and could accommodate us, and honored the original price, but this failure would have been disastrous in a "no room at the inn" situation.

Review 3：We had a problem with the shuttle---waited over 45 minutes in the cold rain. We were not charged for our room that night. This was unexpected and made a customer out of us.

Review 7：Very convenient for traveling abroad and leaving car in their lot and taking the shuttle to the airport. Stayed overnight on return and didn't have to face a long drive with jet lag.
Review 8：Loved the friendly staff they were very efficient during check in/out. The cleanliness of the room and hotel itself are immaculate! I also liked that there was a little shopping area right across the street from the hotel. Their breakfast is awesome & they brew Starbucks coffee!! I would highly recommend grabbing breakfast, lunch or dinner at Eggspectations if you miss breakfast at the hotel, which is across the street.
Review 9：Airport pick up took more than an hour after call. If I had known it takes so long, I would rather take a taxi. I was so upset waiting about an hour and I called hotel three times.They need to fix it.

Review 12：Everything thing was awesome stayed 2 nights and I loved the shower that was one of the reasons I chose this hotel it really felt like home and the cost was average for a high quality stay.The pool had just opened so a little cold but very clean.
Review 13：We arrived at 3:00. Room was not ready. We were told to come back in about 20 minutes. We came back after 1 hour and they still weren't quite ready. Did not like response of clerk behind check in desk when I told him we would be leaving a day earlier then expected and he right away told me I would still have to pay for the day I would not even be there.

Review 16：We loved our stay at Hyatt Place. Room was big and clean. Fast wifi. Friendly staff. The breakfast was very good. Location near airport and Leesburg Outlet for shopping.
Review 17：The staff were outstanding. Elevator was down, I have heart condition and our room was on 6th floor. Staff not only carried all of our bags via the stairs, but after seeing me struggle walking the six flights, they brought cold bottled water for us. Checked on me routinely and still asked if we needed more.

Review 19：The room was set up very nicely, and there was an extra blanket in the room. The beds were super comfortable. The check-in was very quick. All of the staff went out of their way to assist me.
Review 20：We were really grateful for the round-the-clock staff ready to assist us. Our daughter dislocated her elbow at 9pm and they printed out the nearest ER (15 minutes away) and were very attentive to us. Also, the hot breakfast included eggs, bacon, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, juices, french toast, coffee, tea, fruit, cottage cheese, bagels, pastries...at no extra charge!

Review 26：Make sure you double check mileage to your Donal destination. Booking.com said I was 8 miles away from my 1st choice. Double checked on mapquest. The hotel was 37 miles away. Had to rebook at the last hour.

Review 29：The staff were extremely helpful and obliging. Arrived from the UK late in the evening without luggage (airline lost it) - hotel staff provided me with all the essential basics and offered to run me to the local Walmart even though that regular service had finished for the night. The room was spacious and well appointed, the lift worked efficiently and, although the room was on the "freeway side" of the building there was very little traffic noise the next morning. The breakfast was included in the price and provided varied options. The shuttle ran on time back to the airport and the drivers (the evening before and in the morning) were very helpful to those with luggage.
