Review 1：Can not credit food and drink on your room, you have to pay for everything upfront.

Review 5：The amount of rude and obnoxious tourists that are in the area for a week or two. The are definitely different from backpackers. Pretty annoying but it makes you leave the resort and explore the island.

Review 13：The Food and beer was overpriced, The lack of explanation about some rules that were in place for full moon party weekend (like no charging your tab ... Which was very inconvient at one stage but quickly rectified for me by the manager who made and exception for me until I could go to the ATM) Cleaners did not clean sand from the floor of the rooms which obviously ended up in the bed every night! Only one beach towel a day ... Come on guys towels get wet! This is a really stingy rule!

Review 23：Paying so much for the room, it is not acceptable to have such a bad breakfast. Not even the tea was drinkable. Rooms and bungalows are not quiet, usually we had noise until 2 in the morning. Personal was not friendly and tried to advice us how to use the pool towels / or what to keep in our private room (I had a small swiss military folding knife for coconuts).

Review 45：The area surrounding was really dead, the food in most of the restaurants around there was vile. The hotel food was better but as with the rest of Thailand, way overpriced for what it is. Central London is cheaper in most places for lunch and dinner ! The standard rooms in the hotel are very basic and for £50 per night a bit overpriced. The balcony in the room was nice but had absolutely no privacy, you could stand and chat to your neighbour.

Review 53：This is luxurious in every sense of the word. The staff are very attentive, thoughtful and can't do enough for you. The rooms we stayed in were spacious, clean and could be cleaned every day if you wished. The pool and dining area were clean and service and food excellent. The staff put comfortable seats on the beach with plants and lights which was wonderful. The staff are a mix of Thai and Burmese and speak excellent English. On our last day the manager presented us with a complimentary tray of fresh fruit which was a lovely gesture. The location is amazing, the beach is opposite the pool and on Full Moon night we had complimentary dinner and easy access to everything. I loved the dogs and the staff didn't mind them coming to the pool which I was glad about. I would thoroughly recommend this resort to anyone.
