Review 1：We only had one driver and it was a little far out of town to walk in and out for dinner, but this is a small point!
Review 2：The manager sorted a booking muddle with great pleasantness and professionalism. A modern, well kept, comfortable, attractive place to stay.

Review 4：Everything was,literally, 5mins drive. The staff were super friendly and room was always spotless and beds were comfortable. Especially after walking around Whakatane. We had a great experience and would definitely stay there again.

Review 7：The night before we decided to check it to the motel before heading to the funeral we were attending. We rung and the staff were very helpful and made sure our room was ready when we arrived. When we arrived they noticed that it was me and my mother and offered to put a roll out bed in the room for us. The staff were so friendly and made sure we were happy with the room which was very clean and comfortable.

Review 12：I had no dislikes. Recommendations - due to my colleague and I travelling for business purposes, it would have been nice if a conference room was available. However, the owner did insist we use the spare room next door to work out of, which I thought was great alternative even though I declined the offer. People pleaser!!

The bed was fantastic, the free amenities were a treat, which they topped up each morning. I couldn't get over how tidy and clean it was. I will definitely come back again. Review 20：Sofa bed sagged a little - not really suitable for adults. However, owner was very thoughtful and gave us an extra mattress for a bit more support.

Hamish and Vanna went above and beyond the call of duty to help ensure our stay was safe and enjoyable. I would highly recommend the property to anyone travelling to Whakatane and will definitely stay there again on my next trip.
Review 23：Customer service was excellent and we were upgraded to a spa room on arrival. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, in a quiet location at the rear of the complex. The bathroom was gorgeous, very nicely decorated and spacious. Kitchen had everything and was very clean. Wifi had very good connection. Would certainly recommend this place.
