Review 1：Around Full Moon Party there is an interantional party crowd that can be loud and annoying. On Full Moon Party Night there is a big big PA-System right in front of the resort with xtreme loud an dannoying GOA-Trance until 9AM.

Review 4：We had a beach hut-bungalow it was at the front of the complex overlooking the beach and sea. Stunning location.

Review 5：The staff seemed generally unfriendly, and fed up with having to assist or deal with any questions or concerns. Also, as this is a beach front hotel, more efforts can be made to reduce the level of sand being brought onto the property. For example, extra mats outside of hotel room doors. Toilet is in the shower, so the bathroom floor will be wet your entire stay.

Review 37：They confirmed by mail that they would pick us up at Thong Sala Pier and did not show up. When we reached the hotel, they told us that "the person who confirmed by mail is now on vacation and did not tell us anything". We arrived at 6PM and our room was still not ready and had to wait 1 hour. When it was ready, no minibar was available because "they forgot". Conclusion: very poor quality of service, unfriendly staff and would not recommend booking this hotel. Rooms are old and smell quite bad.

Review 84：Suited to couples, the proximity to the beach gets a lot of party music and noise at night, specially at full moon parties. Not close to haad-rin district, you'll need to walk couple of minutes. The price is very high for a 3 star hotel.
