Review 1：The staircase was too narrow. Its not a convinience for the oldys. Better work out on this matter really make me think twice to come back.

Review 3：Absolutely no window view at all - Blocked by enormous electrical store advertisement board Quite hard to find direction as it is situated in a new area, should install a few siganages to direct the way and put up bigger signboard for the Inn

Review 5：--only one Pillow provided, and the pillow is too thin furthermore the pillow case looks like never get change for quite some time, smelly. --Bath towel feel sticky & moist. --No wardrobe, the hotel uses hanging rack which was installed on top of your bed. --Some light bulb blown out and left unchanged. --No intercom phone between room and front counter.

Review 8：We booked a family room, but we were told upon checking in that the family rooms are fully booked. The receptionist said they will "upgrade" us to an executive room (which turns out to be facing the karaoke bar next door, and we could hear the drag racing across the street). The place looks relatively new, but it looks like it's not being maintained (example: nice wood laminate floors, but looks like never been vacuumed nor mopped. we literally couldn't walk barefoot because of the amount of dirt on it). I can imagine it dilapidated in less than a year. The wifi signal was strong but internet did not work. The shower took more than 20 min to become warm.

Review 16：The main let down here was the staff, sadly. They were fine until I started asking for the myriad problems we had to be resolved. From that point on I felt like they were always treating me with great contempt even though my concerns were completely valid (see below). Firstly we had booked a standard double room having seen all the various photos online of their rooms and deciding that any of them would be suitable. Once we found our room, however, we found that it was a small box with no windows, nothing like the rooms in the photos. I requested that we be moved to a different room and was told they were all full. I explained that we would not have booked a room at this price had we known it would be so miserable. They offered no solution and no real apology. We were only booked for one night so we didn't kick up too much of a fuss. Next we asked about how we might get to brunei the next day, thinking we would take a bus. They said they would enquire about it for us but we never heard back from them about it. Later that night we decided we would skip brunei and fly straight to kk the next day instead. Our flight would be early in the morning so we arranged with the front desk to have a taxi ready for us early enough to get us to the airport in plenty of time by their advice. Early the next morning when we woke the guy at reception to check out we found that no taxi had been booked. We waited about 15 minutes after check out for the taxi he called for us to arrive. When it arrived we found it was not a taxi but just some guy with a car who was clearly a friend of the hotel's. He gestured to 91 St hotel saying "very good hotel, yes?" To which we replied that, no, that hadn't been our experience. He then asked what time our flight was and proceeded to tell us off for leaving it so late, even though the hotel had advised us that we would have plenty of time if we left at that time.

Review 17：We really wanted to like this place, they're just starting out and haven't even officially opened yet. There's potential there for 91 St to become a cool, quirky and fun hotel... but there's a lot of work to be done first. Good things were the fun use of street signs in the corridors. In the future the location looks like it will be developed into a nice beachy tourist hot spot but at the moment it's mostly just newly built untennanted identical buildings lining leafy wide and nearly empty roads. We tried to get to the beach which will be nice if it gets cleaned up but at the moment it's covered in rubbish and you have to bush bash a bit to get there as we couldn't find any access path.

Review 18：1)during I stay over there for 1st night is quit ok so I continue to stay for one night more.,I just make a call to the counter to inform for the continued.when I back to the hotel and manage a payment by credit card.After submit the payment I went arround for shopping and when I back to the room someone knock the door.,I feel scared.,dn't wn't to open the door n then I received a call the hotel owner tell me that m not pay the rental for the night. I told him that I hv already submit my payment. What the hell the owner of the hotel never check ien their system o check copy of payment bill.so I fell not comfortable,1 night I cn't sleep. 2)Tv are use timer setting from the counter. Limited for 8 hours only. After 8 hour cn't watch the tv.

Review 19：1. There is no signboard, I passed by the hotel 3 times but cannot locate your hotel. 2. The aircond is not powerful enough, it was sweating hot at nite. 3. Bed and room was not clean the next day. I'm a frequent traveler and stay in hotel all the times, this is the first time the bed is not made up.... 4. Drinking water was not provided until asked. 5. Bathroom set up was poor, no counter space for toiletries. 6. Towel was not changed. 7. TV channel channel was hopeless.
