Review 1：The fact that I did not know that I had to pay for beddings separately from my booking. In the end though, the staff were very helpful and very understanding

Review 2：For a camping site, this is an amazing place. the facilities are great, the rooms are warm in winter and very clean. The staff are very friendly and it is a place I would certainly go back to in a heart beat

Review 3：There was lots of activities advertised on the website but was told on arrival most activities were not available as it was autumn, this was very disappointing as felt it was was false advertising. Restaurant was only open for 2 days out of the seven we were there, no entertainment or bar available.

Review 7：Lovely location right next to the lake. Beautiful, recently built two bedroom cottage. After more than two weeks is staying in hotels, it was wonderful to have a small kitchen and space to spread out.

Review 8：Lovely, clean cabin by the lakeside. The accommodation is compact but the space is very cleverly used, giving room for four of us and all our luggage without being cluttered. Great view and peaceful at night.

Review 9：Everything closed early. We arrived after a long drive and we couldn't get dinner, snacks etc. local store closed as well. Also linens and activities are ala carte. Would've been nice to be able to play games etc but the office closed and there was no access. Summer daylight available for a long time after.

Review 13：Well the place doesn't see a lot of groups of young people, there are mostly families. But that's just a reminder, it didn't bother us at all.

Review 14：I mean the place is really beautiful. We stayed at one of the cottages and the place was really beautiful. The inside was clean and the equipment was great, we even baked cookies :) The staff was great and the surroundings are great for a bicycle trip or for running. The water was great.

Review 15：I felt that it was expensive for a small two bedroom cabin. It was the most expensive place we stayed in 5 weeks of traveling and you had to pay extra for sheets and cleaning. The travel cot for our son didn't even fit in the second bedroom bc of the built in bunks so he had to sleep in our tiny room which took up one side of the bedroom. Sheets and towels are an additional cost (150 pp), as is cleaning at around 500 (or do it yourself) which we felt was very expensive. Some of the language used around fines for doing the wrong thing (losing key, not cleaning properly etc) left a bad impression, rather than a friendly feel.

Review 16：Location, location, location! Beautiful lake and environment. Very relaxing place to stay. Close to town for supermarkets and other essentials. Our cabin was one of the front ones and we had a great view, if we had been up the back we would have been disappointed. Perfect for young children as there is play equipment and the water there for entertainment.
