Review 2：Excellent italian and international cuisine, great location close to the beach and cleanliness everywhere in the hotel. I highly recommend it for a perfect holiday in Bulgaria
Review 3：The worst thing was that after coming back from the beach in the late afternoon, there was no hot water, this happened every single day during our stay. Also Wifi was working only 30% of the time. Another wierd thing was that the key for the room was required to always stay at the reception. For example every time going for a dinner, I was asked to leave the key at the reception. It's ok to leave it when going to the beach, but there's no point in that when going to the store to buy something. Refrigerator was noisy, air conditioning too, from the walls I could hear the neighbours talking, the bathroom vent was not working so the wet floor stayed wet for a very long time.
Review 4：Location is good, close to the Nestinarka beach, close to the center, very quiet neighbourhood, no discos or bars, comfortable bed.
Review 5：1. Rudeness from staff on the very first day. 2. Not giving the shampoo. 3. Cheating on the website (I wrote complain about this). 4. Not speaking English at all. 5. Not changing bedding every 3rd day...

Review 10：Nice and quiet family hotel, with well-kept pool. We came with 2 children for approx. 10 days, so we rented an apartment (two connected rooms) and this was just fine for us.
